I was looking for something easy and comfy

I was looking for something easy and comfy for home and summer days. I chose to get a pair of Cushion sandals. My size 5,5 suits me fine, they don’t pinch or fall off, and delivery was pretty quick. The only small issue was the shoebox was a little squished, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, everything went well without any problems!

These slippers are really great!

I got them to try out and now I plan to get more just to be safe! Thanks to your store for offering such good quality products!

Soft, sizing a bit odd

Checkout was easy, but I had to guess between sizes. Slides are crazy cushy out of the box. Straps run wide on me, so read the size notes.

Pillowy, but check sizes

Site is clean and shipping took about 10 days. The foam feels plush for lounging, exactly as promised, but sizing is inconsistent across colors. Returns require email approval and buyer-paid postage, so measure carefully and peek at other buyers' photos.

Feet finally stopped aching

Stepped onto the slides after a long shift and just stood there, grinning. The squish under my heel felt like relief. I kept them on all night.

Comfy slides, mind the size

Checkout was easy and tracking came a few days later. Slides are plush but run a bit wide. Returns require emailing first, which is fine but not instant. Still comfy for lounging.

Soft feel, light build

They felt cushiony right away, which made me happy. The material seems lighter than ads suggest, but for house wear I’m satisfied. Sizing is a touch inconsistent.

Return question answered

Asked if I could swap sizes. Support replied within 24 hours with steps and where to send. Courteous tone, clear instructions. Smooth enough.

Pillowy comfort win

They’re ridiculously comfy and my feet felt pampered. Straps a tad loose, but still my couch-to-mailbox go-to now. Happy with them.

Cushy comfort, true sizing

Slides feel like pillows underfoot. I used the size conversion and it matched. After a week, foam still bouncy. Very happy feet.

Really happy with my Cloud Slides!

Really happy with my Cloud Slides! The softness and comfort are just like they said, perfect for wearing all day. Delivery came quick, which I liked a lot. I do wish the fit was a little more snug on my narrow foot, but they are still very good. Good value for the money.

Misleading - shoe material hard not soft

Fraud. Their website video shows squishy shoes. They are hard and narrow. Return policy have to email for return address and send within 30 days at my expense. We’re expensive. Top place in Google misleading.

Honestly, these are some of the most comfy

Honestly, these are some of the most comfy flip-flops I have ever had. I keep using them around the house the whole day, they feell so light and easy to wear.

I got The Cloud Slides for my mom

I got The Cloud Slides for my mom, and she says they are really comfy. She uses them in the house and sometimes in the garden. The slides give her comfort and still look good. I'm really glad I bought them!

Be careful when buying online.

Be careful when buying online. Buying from the clouslides website left me disappointed. The shoes were too small and I was told I could give them to a friend and get 50% off a new pair. But the 30-day return policy was a lie. I couldn’t exchange or return them. Unless you're fine with just buying more and more until you find the right size, go ahead! I have had good experience with the service and products from this website. I will buy again with no issues.

At first I was unsure, but then I loved it

At first I was unsure, but then I loved it The sandals feel very comfy and never give me blisters. I quickly got a second color because I wanted to use them all the time

I got some slippers (knew they might ship from China)

I got some slippers (knew they might ship from China), but didn’t get any update for like a month. Sent an email to check in and got told they’d check what’s going on. A week later I asked again for info or my money back. Got a quick reply saying sorry, item wasn’t avaiable and they gave me a refund. It showed up in my bank in about 4 days. Bit slow, but def not a scam.

I bought 3 pairs of their cloud slides.

I bought 3 pairs of their cloud slides. When they came, they were too large. I reached out for a smaller size and to swap them. I was ready to pay for return shipping. They refused. They told me to “gift” the shoes and order new ones. I said no. They kept saying I could buy more pairs for 16.95. This only works if you buy many pairs. They said sending back each pair costs $10-15, even tho there’s a local Gardena, CA address on the box I got. They want to take shipping fees from my refund even though my order was over $60 and had free shipping. This company is really bad.

I bought three pairs of Cloud Slides.

Two had the soft lining and one pair was shark slides. They arrived on July 5, 2025. The lining felt sew only at the edges, loose inside so when you take off your foot the lining stays all messed up like inside out because it wasn’t fixed well. On July 8, 2025 the lining seam tore (about 2 inches) away from the shoe because of this. The other lined pair I don’t even want to try because the lining is loose and will probably rip too. I tried to post a review with pics on the Cloud Slide site and they took it down. They don’t want people to see how badly they put them together. My daughter wanted to buy 4 pairs until yesterday when she saw mine. She said that’s BS! Glad she didn’t buy before I showed her. Will never buy from them again!!

I bought 3 pairs of slides this spring and found

I bought 3 pairs of slides this spring and found them large and really wide. Still, they felt very comfy just to stand in. I gave my sil my 3 pairs and then got 3 more. Jennifer from customer help gave me a 50% discount on my new order and sent it with fast shipping.

I never got a clear reply about sending them back.

I never got a clear reply about sending them back. They kept saying I should order a new pair. The shoes didn’t fit, way too big. I stoped trying. I’ll just pass the slides to someone else.

The delivery came quickly, the packaging

The delivery came quickly, the packaging was good, and the slides fit perfectly. I have flat feet, and I often struggle with slides, but these ones work for me.

They fit just right for me, not too tight but still hug my feet nice.

They fit just right for me, not too tight but still hug my feet nice. Took them on a short trip and did alot of walking—my feet felt fine the whole time. Cleaning them is simple, and after using them for a month they still look almost like new.

just right fit, good support, and the most cozy feel ever.

just right fit, good support, and the most cozy feel ever. Their sox give the ideal last touch. thank you

I ordered a pair of cloud slides but never got them.

I ordered a pair of cloud slides but never got them. I was told they were delivered and to walk around my block to see if someone else got them. Nobody on my block had them, because if they did, they would’ve brought them over to the house they belonged to. It’s just how things work here. Then I was told that if I wanted a replacement, I’d have to pay another 9.99 for them to send me a new pair. That’s just not right, and I didn’t even get a refund. I won’t be dealing with this company again.

I really like how cozy and supportive

I really like how cozy and supportive The Cloud Slides are. Their socks bring a soft touch I never knew I wanted.

These slides are the most comfy I've ever had.

These slides are the most comfy I've ever had. Pairing them with socks brings a whole new level of comfortablness.

The slippers are made of low-quality material.

The slippers are made of low-quality material. Since they are shipped from China, the delivery took quite a long time. Now I'm struggling to get a refund, but their customer service is slow and unhelpful. Overall, I would suggest staying away!

Cheap uncomfortable

I ordered 4 pairs, 2 of which were incorrect sizing and color. I emailed them a return request as they were uncomfortable and made my feet sweat. I also explained that the 2 men's size 10 were incorrect, one was the wrong color and the other was a different size. Their response was, you can keep the incorrect size ones and we'll send you the correct size if you agree to just pay for the shipping!!! So that right there really annoyed me and I was like, no thanks, just want to return. So they want me to pay for the return shipping for all 4, and I was like, I will pay for the return shipping for the 2 but you guys should be responsible for the return shipping of the other 2. Keep in mind, this all started on December 13. I'm still waiting on their response. Don't bother with them, they give you the run around.

I placed an order for slides 20 days ago,

I placed an order for slides 20 days ago, and they charged my card instantly, but I still haven’t gotten my order. The tracking updates seem strange, showing things like “Left the country” or “Arrived at logistics” every couple of days. Feels like I should’ve checked reviews before buying.
