RiseGuide

Clear path to progress

Sign-up flowed smoothly, and the roadmap made lessons stack logically. I liked the quick-start video and the checklist. Only minor curve was locating downloadable templates, tucked under Resources.

Don't do it!

I bought a plan for Rise Guide at a discounted price of $15.99USD to help with improving my Instagram account. It was marketed as a one-off payment. When I got access to the product, the app could only be used on a mobile phone. I tend to prefer using a laptop for reading documents and ended up not downloading the app to my phone. Another factor influencing this decision was a disclaimer saying that the app would mine data from my phone. A lesson learnt, I thought. The following month I was charged $49.99USD to continue the subscription. What??? The autopay that was set up with PayPal without my knowledge was cancelled shortly thereafter. Don't be a sucker like me. Stay well away from both Rise Guide and Celeb Innovations Limited who are behind them. They are companies who engage in misleading business practices.

BE WARNED: THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Absolute scam! Stole my money after I specifically asked them to cancel all payments. Tricked me into cancelling my PayPal claim with the promise of a full refund and only gave me part of my money back. Terrible organization and currently seeking legal action.

Scam Artist.

This company just started charging on my credit card. I did not sign up for this. Watch your cards. report immedicately. I never heard of these people.

SCAM!!!

Signed up for a free trial, immediately cancelled so I didnt forget before the deadline. Taking money from my account each month. £19.99 first month. £59.99 second month!!! Not done through apple subscriptions so you can’t cancel it.

Really good course.

Really good course. You can move at your own speed, so you actually understand the lessons while helping the kids with their panckakes. :-)

I first signed up for rise guide because one of their products looked useful

I first signed up for rise guide because one of their products looked useful and it seemed easy to understand. I didn’t get to use it fully though, as I was busy and had other things to focus on. When I tried to cancel my Subscription through Apple Pay, it was a bit tricky at first. But they really cared about helping me and managed to sort everything out, which I really liked. If I have more time or need their help in the future, I will certainly give rise guide another chance.

Scam Artists with ZERO Original Content

Scam artists. They withhold information on subscriptions, reel you in on a £19.99 a month deal, then without notification, bump you up to £59.99 A MONTH. The content on there is nothing impressive. It’s an AI built app that has regurgitated content from other creators that you could find for free on ChatGPT. It’s certainly not worth over £700 a year.

RiseGuide has exceeded my expectations

RiseGuide has exceeded my expectations. It feels like a personal trainer for the mind: supportive, practical, and effective. The more I use it, the more I notice how my thinking and habits improve. I can honestly say this app is worth every minute I spend on it.

The things I learned were very useful

The things I learned were very useful, practical, and easy to understand. They feel real and can be applied in many real-life situtations.

For the first time

For the first time, I don’t feel like self-improvement is abstract or unreachable. RiseGuide shows me exactly how to act today, not “someday.” I can see my habits changing, my thinking becoming sharper, and my days feel more meaningful than before.

I had tried so many apps before

I had tried so many apps before, usually giving up after a week. RiseGuide felt different right away: clear explanations, meaningful lessons, and the feeling of support. It keeps me motivated to return every day without forcing myself.

Maybe my laptop didn't work well with the slides

Maybe my laptop didn't work well with the slides, but I had trouble moving through the steps. Useful info though!

Scam

They say you sign up for a subscription when you sign up for a single course and when you log in there’s not mention of subscription or way to manage said subscription or payment. The customer service is anything but. Super disappointed.

After I emailed about my refund

After I emailed about my refund, I got a response very quickly, even on a weekend. I should receive my refund in 14 days. Thanks for handling my request so fast. Kindly, Zenaida Hyland

They will keep charging your account after you cancel the subscription

They will keep charging your account after you cancel the subscription and delete the app. Then they refuse to refund due to the app "not meeting my standards"

I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect & many of these

I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect & many of these social media guides feel like “paying for stuff you already know” but I appreciate the small chunks method to learning strategy so you can fit in a few mins daily, letting you return to other tasks. My only concern is that every hook example uses social media as a model & it would be great to have ideas that apply to other fields to better understand how hooks work by example. Not everyone is marketing social media.

I started to feel more confident after just a couple of weeks

Before I found RiseGuide, I felt like I was stuck in a rut. I'm grateful for their support, which allowed me to really start working on myself. I started to feel more confident after just a couple of weeks.

False Advertising and Poor Customer

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. The product I received looked nothing like what was advertised — it felt like bait-and-switch marketing. It did not deliver on its promises at all. What made things worse was how the company handled my concerns. I reached out expecting a fair resolution, especially given their advertised "money-back guarantee," but they refused to issue a refund. They had every opportunity to make things right but chose not to. It’s frustrating when a brand hides behind polished marketing and fails to back up its claims or treat customers with basic respect. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them, and I suggest doing thorough research before placing an order. There are plenty of other companies out there offering honest products and genuine service — this isn’t one of them.

Auto expensive subscription not mentioned

Misleading marketing a one off payment implied on a discount then an auto expensive subscription payment in my bank account. Beware. . I have requested a refund as unethical marketing I have not used the product. I am still awaiting this they are stalling.
