5gringos

Started with a small deposit

Started with a small deposit, but ended up in a confusing claw game I've never encountered before. After a few clicks, my balance hit zero. Contacted support, and they quickly dismissed any responsibility, claiming players are accountable for their funds and game outcomes. Shocking! This casino seems like a total scam. Imagine someone depositing a significant amount, only to face the same scam game, losing their balance instantly. Steer clear of this deceptive casino.

This casino is an absolute joke

This casino is an absolute joke, and those reviewers must be getting a fat check from 5gringos to dish out those positive vibes! I'm a VIP at level 4, and instead of getting treated like royalty, it's more like being a walking ATM. All they do is spin lies, and good luck getting any help from support – it's a wild goose chase. Dumped a crazy amount, $10009990000 to be exact, and all I got was the VIP treatment of being ignored. Emails? Might as well be shouting into the void. Don't waste your time and money here – it's a total rip-off

Stay far away from this casino

Stay far away from this casino, seriously! First deposit last week – poof, gone. Second deposit, fell for their 100% deposit promo, but surprise surprise, they never handed it over. Called them out on it, and their excuse? Apparently, I already used the bonus. Like, what? If that's the case, why let me make another deposit with the same promo? Their answer? Nada. Big scam alert! Threw in a formal complaint to the gambling officials, waiting on answers, and considering taking these scammers to court. Save your money and sanity

Zero bonuses, and they randomly

Zero bonuses, and they randomly turned them off for no reason – like, seriously? The support team? Don't even bother. They're about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. It's more like a joke than a casino. Swore off it for good, closed my account, and you won't catch me back there. The kicker? They miraculously closed my account in a snap when I asked about it. Talk about messed up priorities! Peter and the crew, shame on you for this epic fail of a casino.

Dropped a $300 deposit, and

Dropped a $300 deposit, and it's like it vanished into thin air. Hit up support multiple times, even showed them the receipts proving the cash left my bank and landed in their account, but nope – still playing the "didn't receive the funds" card. Not cool at all. Crossing my fingers they get their act together and credit me what's rightfully mine.

Kudos to the team!

I must say, it's a significant improvement from my past experiences with online gaming. I urge others to disregard some negative reviews; after all, it involves gambling. The process requires identity verification for withdrawals, so patience is key. Personally, I'm delighted with the payouts. Playing from the comfort of home has made winning money a much more enjoyable experience. Kudos to the team!

Prüfung stoppte auszahlung

Zwischendurch stand die Auszahlung auf Überprüfung. Ich merkte, wie die Laune kippte. Dokumente hochgeladen, gewartet, wieder gewartet. Kein schönes Gefühl.

Bónuszválasztó kattintás

Pénteken rányomtam a nekem tetsző csomagra. Rögtön hozta a részleteket, nem kellett vadászni. Jó érzés, amikor ennyire kézre áll minden.

Fünf willkommensoptionen, klar erklärt

Danach kurz im Menü gescrollt, Bonuswahl top verständlich. Registrierung flott, Anbieterfilter super.

Izbral sem svojo in registracija je stekla hitro.

Húzódott a jóváhagyás.

Profil gre hitro skozi

Profil sem izpolnil v minuti. Navigacija je enostavna, preklapljanje med kategorijami leti. Navodila pri cashbacku so jasna. Najbolj mi je padel v oči izbor live miz.

Maskote zabavne, pravila stroga

Maskote so simpatične, a kakovost storitve trči ob pravila. Občutek razočaranja, ko ugotoviš omejitve pri bonusu. Igre so ok, podporo pa bi zmehčal.

Öt üdvözlő út, tiszta UI

Csütörtökön regisztráltam, azonnal választhattam bónuszt. A lobby nagyon pörgős. Tanulási pont a játékhozzájárulások és a kifizetési módszer egyezése. A chat segített dönteni, jól indult a használat.

T&Cs so strogi, a jasno označeni.

Kleine Preise kassiert, grinste breit. Diese Gamification kickt richtig.

Viel auswahl, checks dauern

Signup schnell, Lobby riesig. Bonusregeln streng, aber klar. Erster Cashout landete unter Review, Dokumente nachgereicht, dann ok. Chat freundlich, antwortet teils mit Vorlagen. Tipp: früh verifizieren.

Gute qualität, gamification spaß

Spiele laufen glatt, ich war zufrieden. Gamifizierte Level motivieren. Auszahlung brauchte Prüfung, kam aber zeitnah.

Mission erfüllt, loot geholt

Turnier endete, ich schaffe Platz 12. Kleine Freude, echtes Kribbeln. Auszahlen per Crypto, ging flott.

Netter chat, klare lösung

Reaktion in Minuten, Schritt für Schritt erklärt. Meine Bonusfrage vollständig geklärt, sehr hilfreich.

Dobra kakovost, nizke meje

Barvit, hiter, poln bonusov

Registracija hipna, avatarji so zabavni. Iger je ogromno, mobile dela super. Dvigi na e-denarnico gredo hitro po KYC. Pogoji na bonusih so strogi, a pregledni. Uporabni filtri po ponudnikih.

Igram, ker teče gladko

5gringos je kul zaradi hitrosti in vibe-a. Vse je tam, kjer mora biti. Bonusi so spicy, zato berem pravila. Zaenkrat top.

Limit in presenečenje

Ko sem zadel več, so limiti oklestili pričakovanja. Nejevolja, potem sprejmeš VIP poti. Izplačilo vseeno pride.

Barvito, hitro, igrivo

Avatarji in bonusi popestrijo začetek. Lobby je pregleden, turnirji zabavni. KYC pred dvigom v 24 urah, e-denarnica hitro izplača. Najbolj: stalne promocije. Manj: nizki osnovni limiti dviga za nove.

Podpora 24/7 res deluje

Pisno so pojasnili cashback pravila in me vodili skozi dokumente. V špici je bila minuta čakanja. Vseeno zelo koristno.
