I can't say much about the app, but so far

I can't say much about the app, but so far, I haven't had any problems with it. It's been working just fine.

I sent Ethereum to my Bitpapa wallet

I sent Ethereum to my Bitpapa wallet to exchange it for cash, but it's been 3 months and the transfer still hasn't shown up in my account. Support either tells me they're looking into it or doesn't reply at all. I would not recomend using this service.

It’s a good platform and I’ve had positive

It’s a good platform and I’ve had positive experiences since I started using the p2p platform, I would definitely suggest it, I think the team should consider making their own crypto token.

Avoid this company.

Avoid this company. I opened an account today and put in $250, but then my account got blocked from making any transactions. I reached out to customer support, and they made me verify my phone and ID, which was fine. However, the ID verification wouldn’t work; the button was unresponsive. After that, they unlocked my account, and I made a deal with a seller for Revolut. The seller wanted me to send a payment link, and right after I did, my account got banned. I can’t log in anymore, and I lost my $250 just for trying to follow the seller’s instructions. That’s two times in under an hour I lost access to my deposit. The platform and sellers seem like scammers. STAY AWAY. They also want to charge $60 to take out $250. If they fix my issue, I might change this review, but the live chat couldn’t help me at all.

Bitpapa is a crypto exchange.

Bitpapa is a crypto exchange. With various options like p2p trading, I feel satisfied with them. They also host a weekly contest of $50 which is nice.

Hey- I made my trade and then moved

Hey- I made my trade and then moved the XMR to my other wallet. On the Send, it just showed a short message saying "Sent" and there was no follow-up info while it was sending. I can't find any history showing that it was sent or where it went or any other details?

The telegram bot interface is quite easy to use.

The telegram bot interface is quite easy to use. The system for evaluating traders is clear and straightforward. There’s a wide selection of banks, and I’ve completed multiple transactions—everything was fast and honest with well-rated traders.

It's odd that they're sending the account number in the chat during the order.

It's odd that they're sending the account number in the chat during the order. Normally, users should save it beforehand. So the seller should just attach saved accounts with the mentioned payment methods. The Telegram bot doesn't let you change the deal time. Users have to use the web for full options in an ad.

Bitpapa is for sure the best crypto

Bitpapa is for sure the best crypto community I've come across. Big thanks to Bitpapa and congrats to me for being part of it!

Totally, Bitpapa's trading is good.

Totally, Bitpapa's trading is good. Feeling confident now. Awesome trading person to person. Fees for buying crypto with bank card are very low. But, cost for sending crypto to another exchange should be lower. Overall, trading with Bitpapa gives peace and confidence. Security is topnotch.

This company is great.

This company is great. They've always been honest and legit, providing services and chances to win prizes.

Reliable and trustable

It's pretty good. Using it 6 months already and having done over 100 trades, I'm finally happy and can recommend the platform. All transactions are secured by an Escrow service. And whenever I had to raise a dispute with a crypto dealer, it was 100% situation with newbie who didn't know how to release the crypto after payment. The service support does a good job. They're reactive. There is a Telegram Bot which I truly recommend everyone to use. Few bugs on the website which aren't fixed for a while, but it's minor. Same remark for the Telegram bot. (+) Low transaction fees, that is good (-) High withdrawing fees for certain cryptos, so you need to keep a certain amount in your balance before sending them. Because Bitpapa doesn't connect any of your WEB3 wallet, it's not possible to do liquid stacking. That would eventually be appreciated. Overall, still happy, because they're serious, and I feel secure using the platform

The company is awesome

The company is awesome. They've been honest and very legit. They provide services and chances to win prizes sometimes.

The company is a bit weird with sending

The company is a bit weird with sending account numbers through the chat instead of saving them beforehand. The seller should attach saved accounts with payment methods. The Telegram bot lets you change the deal time, but for full options, you need to go to the web.

I'm happy with my experience trading on Bitpapa.

My first experience was good.

My first experience was good. I exchanged Bitcoin for rubles almost for free. Not 5 stars because setup problems took a while to solve with support; support was mostly good. After fixing initial issue, everything went well and fast.

My experience with the company was alright.

My experience with the company was alright. I put in some USDT, but it didn't show up right away. Had to talk to support. After a few hours, it appeared in my account, not sure if support helped or it just fixed itself. Then, I made a smooth deal with another user in escrow. The website could be better though. No alerts when you get money. Sometimes, you end up on Russian pages just by clicking around. Weirdly, there's no sign of getting USDT in my bitpapa account, but I can see the deal where I sold it in the History section. Also, I got $xxxx.54 but traded only $xxxx (the whole number) since they don't allow decimals. Supposed to have $0.54 left, but it's nowhere to be found. I might not use the site again. It's too shaky for me. Shouldn't have to bug support to get my cash, and it's missing important details like deposit info and my small leftover balance. One good thing though, support replied fast and escalated to the tech team, but I never got an update from them. 3/5. Overall okay, but got some serious issues.

I got a bonus reward from Bitpapa
