I often purchase tickets for travel

I often purchase tickets for travel, both for leisure and business. When comparing different providers, BusinessClass.com has stood out as the most convenient for my leisure trips. They tailor the travel plans according to my preferences. Alice Korn deserves a mention for her helpful and friendly customer service.

Imagine this!

Imagine this! Just returned from a business trip to Frankfurt, Germany, flying business class with Lufthansa, all thanks to this company. Let me tell you about the star of the show—Ali Usman. From start to finish, Ali's service was beyond exceptional. Initially skeptical, I'm now a walking testament to his expertise and the company's commitment to excellence. Ali Usman didn't just organize my trip; he orchestrated a seamless experience that turned my business journey into an unforgettable adventure. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured every moment was perfect. If you're planning a trip, trust me—you want Ali on your team. Don't settle for anything less. Request him by name and elevate your travel experience to extraordinary heights.

Melchor is quick and effective.

Melchor is quick and effective. After browsing Kayak and the united sites, we understood our choices. Booking with Melchor was easy and stress-free. Based on previous experiences, I'd recommend Melchor for bookings.

Ali Usman is an awsome agent!

Ali Usman is an awsome agent! He spent all day on July 4 helping us find flights that fit our budget and other travel needs. Very responsive and attentive - great customer service skills!

Prepare to be pleasantly surprised!

Prepare to be pleasantly surprised! The agent I dealt with was incredibly helpful, polite, and courteous. But wait—there were a couple of surprises I didn't see coming, like unexpected booking and service fees that appeared on my credit card statement. And get this—I had no idea my tickets couldn't be changed! Talk about learning the hard way. Don't make the same rookie mistakes I did. Before you book your next adventure, arm yourself with all the facts. It's all about asking the right questions upfront. Knowledge is power—make it work for you!

Replyin quickly to my inquiry was nice.

Replyin quickly to my inquiry was nice. Liked how they replied by text, email, and phone. The flight info changed after I bought it, but it was okay. Now I gotta do another survey though, kinda annoying.

I've worked with consolidaters before.

I've worked with consolidaters before. Price was their major push. Landon really wanted to help me with my specific requests. They were not easy, but his attitude, follow through, and getting my request done was an experience (Excelent) that the other companies did not do.

The team did good job working w us. We made many changes to final flight n the team was very responsive. We had sum issues w final due to our bank havin' systems issue n since it happened out of hours n on weekend multiple members kept us informed n responded to our request. Good job. It's disappointing that when you're

It's disappointing that when you're promoting business class tickets, only your name appears and it turns out to be a standard economy ticket. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in baggage weight compared to Lufthansa, and communication in German would be more convenient. Regards, Peter Luger. However, Mr. Jordan from the business class company responded promptly and kindly. He comprehended the issues and attempted to assist me. This improved my rating from 1 star to 3 stars, and I'd like to give Mr. Jordan 5 stars. Regards, Peter Luger.

I was pleased with the service.

I was pleased with the service. However, I wished I received the confirmed booking / ticket sooner since it arrived a few hours after my purchase.

The company's booking process

The company's booking process lasted about 15 minutes until I got my ticket, going through all the necessary steps in between. The service was satisfactory.

This company's approach to customer

This company's approach to customer service is absurd. Requiring a tip for a phone conversation with a representative is unreasonable. The mandatory tip before canceling a reservation adds unnecessary complications. I strongly advise steering clear of this business.

My first experience using Business

My first experience using Business-Class, and I have to say I'm impressed! I was researching flights and stumbled upon this site where the cost of premium economy or better seats were available at a fraction of the cost and comparable to what I would be paying for economy. I was actually on the site on my own and didn't realize you can get your own personal travel agent.

Exceptional Service with West Wood

With a perfect blend of knowledge and intuition, working with Mr. Wood has been wonderful. I am immensely grateful for Business Class's excellent connections, particularly for Mr. Wood's expertise. I recommend it highly!

Businessclass deals, schnell gebucht

Agent half sofort weiter

Clever buchen, easy start

Bin begeistert.

Guter deal, kleine nervenprobe
