So, I got caught up in the stunning photos of their clothes online and decided to give it a shot. Big mistake. The stuff I got looked kinda like the pics, but the fabric was super cheap and the stitches were messy. Plus, the designs just felt off. The sizing was a mess too. I usually wear a US 10, and their chart said to go with an XL. Well, even that was tight and way too short. I'm 5'8, so tall girls beware, this site isn't for us. And don't even get me started on returns. It's a nightmare. I emailed them right when the package arrived, tried it on, and wanted to send it back. Seven days later, I'm still stuck in endless emails asking why I want to return it. Save yourself the trouble.

Honestly, dealing with Chicme and Yodel has been a nightmare. My parcel's been missing for over a month, and neither company will admit fault. Yodel claims they delivered it, but it was left outside somewhere, and I live in an apartment block—nothing inside! Chicme just shrugs it off and Yodel does the same. It's like a ping pong game with my issue; Chicme tells me to contact Yodel, and Yodel tells me to contact Chicme. No one wants to help or take responsibility. It's frustrating and feels like I'm stuck in a loop with terrible customer service. Both companies need to do better.

After a week of back-and-forth, they told me my 14-day return period had expired. When I lodged a complaint, they sent a link for a return label with just 2 days to send it back and proof of postage. The link didn’t even work! Now they're ignoring me, and I doubt I'll meet the deadline. This company is incredibly frustrating to deal with.

Bought some clothes from ChicMe for £74.25, right? So, when the package finally arrived, I wasn't impressed. Reached out to customer service within their refund window, asked for a refund. They told me to keep the items and they'd give back 25% of my money. Politely said no, wanted a full refund, only liked one item. Then they bumped it up to 30% if I kept everything. Again, I said no. They upped the offer to 50% and then just blocked me. Never gave me an address to return the stuff. Honestly, go with SHEIN. Their service and refund process are so much better.
