Feels a bit like a "scam" to collect my information without giving anything back. If you think about how much time is wasted and the small reward, you're barely earning anything per hour. If you're doing it for fun and to give feedback, that's fine, but this is nowhere near a minimum wage job. Dynata suspended my account with no clear explanation. They just sent me a link to their terms and conditions, which didn’t really help in figuring out what I might've done wrong. If you're lucky enough to get good surveys and build up points, they do offer decent gift cards. One thing to keep in mind: if you have reward points (cash), don't let them pile up. Redeem them frequently because if your account gets suspended, you lose all that work. It's like doing a job, getting fired, and not being paid for the time you've spent. It would be illegal in any other business, not sure how they get away with it.
