    It really did what I needed!

    It really did what I needed! I tried the PDF Editor & Converter to change my Word file into PowerPoint, which I couldn’t do in Word itself. After looking around for a while, I found this site and it really did the job! I paid £1.95 for the first week and cancelled after since it’s £49 each month after the trial – just for file conversions? Quite pricey for what it offers, but it does work!

    I have to say that I was not looking forward

    I have to say that I was not looking forward to writing a good review about Howly after facing some tough and unplanned issues. But when I brought it to their notice, they acted fast and fixed everything to my liking in no time at all. Because of this, they deserve high praise, but I took away one star since the problem should have never happened. I hope they change their processes to stop this from happening again. I would choose Howly again since they quickly made things right with me.

    Well-informed, understanding, and respectful. I would have given 5 stars, but I'm still not sure if my computer is completely stable; I’m hesitant to turn it off. If it’s still performing well tomorrow, I’ll consider it 5 stars. I’m somewhat uneasy about not knowing the total cost of this service; a bit more clarity would be helpful.

    I mistakenly set up an Act Blue donation as recurring. Since I'm retired and on a fixed income, I needed it to be just a one-time gift. I tried to solve it on my own, but then Howdy and Elijah C guided me on how to adjust it to a single payment, which I did. Great service!

    Stacy was very kind and helpful.

    Stacy was very kind and helpful. She seemed to know a lot and guided me well through fixing my two problems. Although the Howly system for remote fixes wasn't working, Stacy handled everything. Her instructions were easy to follow. When I missed some steps, she showed me other ways to solve them. We got everything sorted out!

    The agent was very patient with me because I'm not tech savvy! It took 30+ minutes to get the link working correctly, and he waited to ensure I connected. I was upset after paying a lot and joining Howly, which I can't afford. I explained this, and he fixed it right away. As a nurse for 3 decades, this care reminds me of my own. I value the honesty and consideration. He's a good listener.
