    I had the pleasure of dealing with Aimee, in regard to my need to contact support. Aimee was very polite and professional through the emails we exchanged and had an answer for my questions, delivered to me in a very timely manner. All my questions had ben answered and I am very satisfied with the results.

    This company, it's okay.

    This company, it's okay. Software good, but restore I need, didn't work. 4 hours wasted, nothing fixed. Others maybe worked tho. Aimee helped, gave refund.

    It's an okay program, no doubt. Unfortunately, it didn't really assist me much, maybe I didn't do things right. But that's not the issue. I requested a refund, and they didn't deny it. I had a lengthy conversation with their support, and Aimee's specialist consistently stayed in touch, sending me refund details and screenshots. Big thanks to him! Best of luck to everyone!
