They asked how I wanted to proceed, but what was I supposed to say? They charged me $129 twice, never applied my veteran discount, and even after I asked to cancel, they sent confusing messages. As a Nurse Practitioner myself, I’m appalled at their lack of care and communication. This isn't patient-centered care. Avoid Joyous at all costs. I’m demanding a full refund.
