Első benyomásként a szép megjelenés

(Essentials - fear of god)

Total scam

My experience with them is really bad, it felt like a total scam. Try to avoid them. I ordered a pair of shoes from their website and paid the amount including the shipping fee(~40€ for the Netherlands which was acceptable). In total I prepaid ~216€. Then, 2 days before the delivery, I receive an email stating that I had to pay extra ~90€ euros to clear customs because the shoes would come from Hong Kong! I responded that I would not pay extra since I already did pay shipping and that I wanted to cancel the order (I was still within the 14 days from the order, which is legit). Their response was that I would not received the shoes otherwise and that they couldn't cancel it now. They stated they would refund only partially, due to the fees incurred(?). After 2 months they refunded me with 16€! Outrageousand disgracefull! They are a total scam and customer support is non existing.

Fast Delivery, Stunning Shoes

I ordered some shoes and they showed up pretty quick. Kicks Crew kept me in the loop the whole time, which was nice. The shoes looked just like they did in the pictures, really stunning.

Perfect Purchase, No Problems at All!

I ordered something online and it showed up without a hitch. The package was in great shape, no damage or anything. Super pleased with what I got, definitely a happy customer.

Shoes Rock, But Box Came Damaged

I recently got these awesome shoes, and while the shoes themselves are fantastic, there was a bit of a bummer when they arrived. The main packaging, or the shoe box, was all crumpled and torn up. I like to keep my shoes in their original boxes, all nicely stacked in storage, so this was kind of disappointing. But the shoes fit great and look even better, so that's a win!

Teal Lamello's: From Skeptic to Believer!

Alright, so I gotta tell you, I was pretty skeptical about ordering from Kicks Crew. I mean, who orders rare colored basketball shoes online, right? But I took a chance and ordered on Sunday. By Friday afternoon, they were here, all the way from Hong Kong. The tracking updates kept me in the loop the whole time, so I knew exactly where my shoes were. When they finally arrived, the shoes were in perfect condition. My daughter is over the moon with her teal Lamello’s – she even wears them for volleyball!

Used Shoes Sold as New!

I ordered a pair of shoes online, expecting them to be brand new. When they arrived, I was super disappointed to find they were dirty and obviously used, with the original tags torn off. I reached out for a refund, but they only offered a partial one. Returning them would cost me more money, and there's no way to prove we weren't the ones who wore them before. It's just frustrating and feels unfair.

Super Quick and Totally Satisfying Purchase

I gotta say, buying from this place was a breeze. The shipping was like lightning fast, almost couldn't believe it. When the product showed up, it was spot on, just what I needed. Honestly, everything about this whole deal made me pretty happy.

Early Delivery and Perfect Condition!

Man, I gotta tell ya, I was pleasantly surprised with this whole thing. I ordered this product expecting it to come on the scheduled date, but guess what? It showed up earlier! And it was in perfect condition, too. The packaging was solid, no dents or anything. It’s like they knew exactly how to handle it.

Fast Shipping and Happy Feet!

I was hunting for the shoes my son had been eyeing for a while, and lucky enough, this store had them at a price that matched other places. But what really floored me was how fast they shipped! The shoes look awesome, and my son is absolutely thrilled with them!

Fast and Easy Basketball Shoe Purchase

Bought my daughter some new basketball kicks. Whole thing was a breeze! They shipped fast and arrived even quicker.

Awesome Product, Damaged Box Disappointed Me

I had a pretty good experience overall. The product itself was fantastic, but the box arrived damaged, which was a bit of a letdown since I collect them. My previous order came in perfect condition, so this was a surprise. Still, the item inside was fine and I’m happy with it.

Illegal Charges and Extra Fees!

You won't believe this, but my experience was just awful! They tried to charge me extra just for returning something. And get this – they charged me Maryland tax even though it was tax-free week! That's totally illegal since they were shipping it here.
