Horrible experience

Used their service the other day. Purchased a product that took hours to receive then once I finally did i logged into my account to find that it was suspended. The company is aware of these suspensions yet it still sells it's product. I contacted customer service whom was rude and snarky and domt care about the services they provide. I politely asked for a refund as I was not abke to use the product and they told me they would be keeping my money!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Order went smooth and fast, it only took 5 minutes to finish.

Quick delivery.

Quick delivery. The price might be a bit high but overall I give 4 stars. The discount system needs work, it hardly offers anything real. The clothes have really nice quality and the customer service is very good.

Ordered from them again and all my stuff

Really like this team!

Their service is super fast, way quicker than others I’ve tried. No problems at all, and they always keep you in the loop about your order. Can’t ask for anything more.

Obviously a Scam Website xD

Apparently it fits into another site with a STRONG name but that will always have those small SCAM cases. I bought a Black Ops 6 bundle, they simply "Couldn't" deliver it because the gifts were disabled. The gifts were enabled more than 2 times so far and they didn't deliver it. I asked for a refund, they said they would refund me within 3 days. Done. Simply 1 month and 14 days have passed and NOTHING of the refund that was promised. I try to contact the Manager by email and discord and the guy simply doesn't have the ability to answer me. I contact support again and they tell me that it is not possible to refund to my payment method... Curious, isn't it? Then they tell me to choose something else from the site to exchange for it. I ask for a Steam gift card. MAGICALLY THE GIFTCARD IS NO LONGER SOLD ON THE SITE. How incredible the effort of a considerably large COMPANY like this is to be scamming simply 8 DOLLARS. My first contact with them was on APRIL 5th. I contacted them several times including today. and it's always the same answers... they pretend to try to help you and then stop responding until the chat is closed.

I was a bit worried after buying the item

I was a bit worried after buying the item, wondering about the delivery time and if customer service would be helpful. But the delivery came fast and without any issues. Customer service was really kind, and I'm very pleased with the whole process.

I always get my stuff, no fake scams

I always get my stuff, no fake scams, just sometimes takes a while to arrive, had to wait 2 hours one time. Big thanks to Ariana, she's honestly the best support I've ever had, I'd love to meet her and start a family.

Quick and pleasant service!

Quick and pleasant service! Normally, these things take ages to ship or to get in touch with someone. I’ve been looking for some items for a long time and finally gave up on finding them to improve my build and pit runs. Great service.

Had a great experience.

Had a great experience. Sara answered all my questions and was really patient with me, since I’m not the quickest learner. She guided me through every step. Would definitely recommend, thanks Sara!

It is a really good servise I have used lately

It is a really good servise I have used lately, the chat wait time is under 5 minutes, and they always help with my questions. I get clear steps if I need to do anything. Kira assisted me today and was very nice and patient with my issue. Like always, it got fixed fast. 100% trustful for anyone wanting to buy here.

I worked with a representative named Sara

I worked with a representative named Sara, and it was a really good experience. Every time I deal with MMOEXP, things go easy and nice, so I keep coming back to them as my first choice for game currency. I truly hope this helps others feel safe in a world with so many scams. These guys are ligit!

I recently switched from another gaming

I recently switched from another gaming currency site, and the process here is much better. The customer service is very helpful and quick to respond. The delivery was smooth and polite, and I never felt hurried, which made me feel valued as a client. Satisfied custumer!

Scammers-sometimes

Had several successful transactions, then one where they just kept leading me on. It was obvious they didnt have items. Chat bot is ridiculous and useless. Dont waste your time with them (either N Koreans or Chinese).

I had some trouble with an order

I had some trouble with an order, and Sara was the one who helped me out. I had ordered some currency, and it arrived in just about 5 minutes, but they gave me way more than what I had asked for, haha. Trying to be honest, I turned to Sara, and she helped me sort out what to do with the extra.

Scammers / fraud

I purchased a couple times so I purchased 500k coins have proceeded to talk to at least 20 different fake bots , saying that my order will be ready and never have received anything. When I said that I was going to contact my bank. I got a message back saying that they issued a refund that was never received. I’ve got the runaround for five days that my order will be ready no offer to fix it or a discount completely fraud and scammers I will be taking legal actions
