This was my first order from NewParts. I was a bit doubtful but the part I recived was correct and the price was great. The shipping was really fast (3 days) and affordable. Maybe next time I won't have such luck but I'll be back when I need autoparts.

Several of the same item showed up on different days (likely) from various shipping spots (pieces seem to come as they are in stock). Since I wasn't in a hurry to get everything, and the first one came fast, it didn’t bother me. Prices were very good and the shipping costs fair and steady for one delivery.

I needed new tie rod ends for my 2011

I needed new tie rod ends for my 2011 Audi A8L. Found really good replacement parts. Got the full set - inner and outer for both sides at a good price.

Customer (no)service

I ordered parts from this company and received a tracking number later that day. On the third business day when I saw FedEx was still saying they hadn't received the package I tried contacting their customer service only to be repeatedly sent to voicemail. I then contacted their sales department and someone answered the phone quickly and told me that the package hadn't been shipped yet. I requested order cancellation in writing through email and left voicemails with customer service. A week later the parts show up and the only way this company will communicate with me is through email. No one answers at customer service or returns phone calls. The only thing they will tell me through email is that once they "process the order and issue tracking" cancellation of the order is not possible even though they were still in possession of the package for several days after that occurred. It took so long that I sourced parts from another vendor, had them delivered and the vehicle back on the road days before these parts showed up. They say they that after all of this they will gladly return my parts for a 20% restocking fee and if I pay to ship it back.

Good prices. Normally 10-20% cheaper than dealership prices, especially for TOYOTA. Shipping was okay. Ordered Monday arrived Wednesday. From wherever their warehouse is to NJ. Weekend was longer. Ordered Friday but didn’t get it until Wednesday. My guess is I ordered too late on Friday. Might be off weekends for deliveries.

I recently had such a frustrating experience with this company. After placing my order, I realized I needed to cancel it. Tried calling customer service, but it's like winning the lottery to actually talk to someone. When I finally got through, they told me the order had a tracking number already and couldn't be canceled. Funny thing is, when I asked for the tracking number, they wouldn't give it to me. Sent emails and messages, but got nowhere. Feels like they just want you to receive the order so they can charge you a return fee. It's more about their fee than the customer. Really disappointing.

Got parts for my 2009 Honda Fit from Newparts and the whole experience was great. Delivery was on time, no delays or excuses. Parts were all genuine, exactly what I needed.
