When I asked repeatedly about when I would receive my account or a refund, they avoided giving me a clear answer and instead lied to me. They even said I wouldn't get any compensation until I received an account, which feels like a scam. Despite their website claiming a 100% guarantee and a full refund if not satisfied, they refused to refund me. They were responsive before I paid them, but became difficult to reach afterward, which screams scam. I trusted them because of their supposedly great ratings on Trustpilot, but now I believe those reviews are fake. This experience has made me doubt Trustpilot's credibility as well. It's too easy to get scammed, and I'm now $549.00 out of pocket due to this ordeal.

And if my vanilla transfer is so malicious (it isn't), why not send it back and be done with it? According to their Terms and Conditions, there is a 14 days refund window. I Requested a Refund.
