I bought 3 items from here, all in 3XL. Sadly, only 1 fit well, but I really like that 1. It looks like they use asian sizing, so if you’re ordering from outside asia, you might want to go for 2 sizes bigger than usual. While my order is still being processed, I got a fair partial refund, which was great. I might have been lucky, but the support people I chatted with were friendly and didn’t act cold at all.

I stumbled across them when I was living in China and now I can't get enough of their stuff here in the good ol' USA. I ride my motorcycle a ton, so their style fits right in with my gear. And let's talk about their website - so easy to use. And their customer service? Fast as lightning. Plus, they're always having sales which is a huge bonus. My only suggestion would be to give us the option to choose which products we want to use the bulk purchase discounts on. And, like, if we have a better coupon code, let us switch it out. But other than that, they rock.

Absolute Zumutung. Die Lieferung kam zwar an, aber die Qualität war echt schlecht. Ich wollte die Sachen dann zurückschicken, aber da ging direkt der Ärger los mit endlosen Diskussionen. Erst als ich Paypal eingeschaltet habe, haben sie überhaupt eingelenkt und gesagt, ich soll alles zurücksenden für die Erstattung. Hab ich gemacht, natürlich mit Belegen und Nachweisen. Danach war plötzlich keine Sendungsverfolgung mehr da. Ich hab dann noch rausgefunden, dass das Paket schon im Ort war, aber der Verkäufer hat sich wohl nicht um den Zoll gekümmert. Am Ende wurde mein Paypal-Fall abgelehnt, weil angeblich meine Sendungsdaten falsch gewesen sein sollen. Sehr ärgerlich und echt schlecht gelaufen.
