great filters and formats

Filters by polycount and rigging made it easy to narrow down. Bought an FBX pack and opened it in minutes. Wireframe matched previews. One texture needed relinking, which was quick. Good value for what I needed.

smooth buy, ticket helped fast

A zipped bundle was missing the OBJ files, so I opened a ticket. Support looped in the seller and a fixed upload appeared the next morning. Communication stayed direct and practical. I like the variety here, just always check previews and included formats.

responsive seller support

Seller answered within a few hours, clarified licensing, and shared an alternate download. Professional tone, straight answers, and my issue was solved without back and forth.

Good website!!!!

Good website!!!! The only thing is that some of the downloads look different than expected. Still, I’m pretty happy….

The support team got back to me really quick when I asked for file conversion into different formats. They fixed my issue fast.

The overall experience is fine

The overall experience is fine. They don't provide the product's scale for printing, so you have to figure it out yourself. They didn't respond to any questions before buying. Not sure if they'll reply later, I'll see and judge that.

I've been using 3DExport for about a year now, and I keep returning to it more and more. They have models and textures I couldn't find on other sites I've tried. Really satisfied with 3DExport. I had an issue with the first model I bought, but 3DExport support fixed it in under a day. Still waiting on another site to reply to my question. 3DExport-1, other site-0.

Dude, I had problem. I buy thing two time but no model download. I make support ticket, they fix fast! Give me back money for second buy and I get model.

The company seems self-centered

The company seems self-centered and biased. Their focus on commercial aspects, along with soliciting donations, appears excessive. The website lacks user-friendliness, and there are doubts about its reliability due to sudden and arbitrary changes in conditions and rules. Partnerships are unreliable, and the company's use of slogans doesn't mask their limited views on race. Notably, they cover a country involved in harming its citizens and promoting violence globally, yet label others as terrorists, displaying hypocrisy. Overall, it appears the company has questionable values and practices.

3DExport has been instrumental in

3DExport has been instrumental in kickstarting my personal project. Over the past two years, I've successfully marketed and sold my 3D models and toys through their platform. Recently, I encountered an issue with financial transactions, and the website's support team promptly and effectively addressed the problem, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Andrew from the support team

Andrew from the support team promptly and effectively addressed my inquiries, even during the New Year holiday. He provided clear answers to all my questions and candidly outlined the potential hurdles I might encounter due to my lack of 3D knowledge. Andrew also outlined the necessary resources and expressed a willingness to assist further. As someone not well-versed in computers, this interaction exceeded my expectations. Andrew demonstrated a solid grasp of technical details and conveyed them in a way that was easily understandable to a novice like myself.

3DExport hosts models without proper intellectual property rights

3DExport hosts models without proper intellectual property rights, allowing the unauthorized sale of these items. This raises concerns about the legitimacy of the models available on the platform.

The customer support at 3DExport was both polite and prompt in resolving my issue

The customer support at 3DExport was both polite and prompt in resolving my issue. I appreciate their dedication to resolving concerns effectively. Thanks to Saurabh K for the excellent customer support!

A letöltés instant, a fájlok rendben nyíltak. Kérdésnél a támogatás rávilágított, hol a normal map. Profi folyamat.
