No harm to products, my privacy was respected

No harm to products, my privacy was respected at each step, and the customer service kept me informed during a delay. I received discounts, credits, and had the choice to swap items if I didn't want to wait. Others might find this more useful than I did, I just felt like getting so much for a slight wait seemed a bit much to ask for. I still valued the offers greatly. This was only for one item, the other items I bought arrived without any trouble! Though I was a bit anxious speaking with someone for the first time, you all really nailed it!! Not sure if I'll buy another item soon (I'm pretty stocked lol), but if I do, I’ll definitely come back to you all!

I had a problem, and they replied quick

I had a problem, and they replied quick and seemed very concerned about solving it. It turns out, in my case, it was a user issue, and the product was great. I highly recommend these guys.

The company's website is really good.

The company's website is really good. It's easy to shop for their products and they explain them well. The Chronicles product is very durable. I enjoyed the whole experience and will buy from them again soon.

The product stopped workin' soon after I got it. I emailed AcmeJoy and got a quick reply. After a few back 'n forth emails, they sent me a brand new one. Thanks, AcmeJoy!

It took almost 3 weeks for me

It took almost 3 weeks for me to finally get the product to work properly. It was a very frustrting experience not being able to get my questions answered. The directions are totally worthless which led to more frustration. It was only by accident that I figured out how to use this Dildo! It works great now as advertised! Sory I can't give it better rating.

They truly went above and beyond when my package went missing in transit. Despite the issue being beyond their control, they tirelessly collaborated with me to find a resolution. Their exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I'm grateful for the outstanding service that ultimately ensured the safe delivery of my merchandise.

Love this. Sensations are awesome. This is second one. First one wore out lol. Very comfortable to extended use.

I was really impressed

I was really impressed with Acme's products and prices. Unfortunately, the package was either stolen or never actually got dropped off by USPS, even though they said it was delivered. But Acme put the customer first and took the initiative to send me a new package. I'm highly satisfied with the level of customer service and will definitely be making more purchases in the future. I'd also highly recommend people to buy from Acme - 5 star staff!

Excellent experience

I recently had an excellent experience with Acmejoy. An issue with one of their products was promptly and satisfactorily addressed. This mirrors my satisfaction with the 3 in 1 vibrator which has proven itself to be the most pleasurable of its kind. Making this purchase certainly looked to be a smart move and I would highly recommend Acmejoy.

Positive experience :)

I must say, I had a positive experience with Acmejoy! Their products are definitely worth the money. I made a purchase, but unfortunately, the item didn't work as expected. However, I understand that technology can be unpredictable at times. Nonetheless, I decided to reach out to their customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised by their response. They were more than willing to assist me in resolving the issue. Their support team was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate the level of care they showed towards their customers. Despite the initial hiccup, I can confidently recommend buying from Acmejoy for their excellent products and outstanding customer service.
