Acmejoy.com

easy checkout, discreet box

Checkout was quick, discounts stacked, and the tracking link updated right away. Box arrived plain with no giveaway text. Product felt solid for the price and worked as described. No awkward surprises, just what I ordered.

support okay, refund slow

Asked about a partial refund on a faulty toy. Replies were polite, but timing stretched to a week and a half. Ended up with a replacement, which was fine, just slower than I hoped.

replacement handled without fuss

Package showed up fast but one item had a motor issue. I emailed a short video, they approved a replacement and shipped it within a couple days. Replies felt a bit templated, yet they did fix it. Prices are sharp, QA is hit or miss per batch.

Discreet and affordable

Site was easy to browse with detailed specs. I ordered during a sale and shipping took a bit longer, but packaging was plain and secure. One item was fantastic, one average. Support answered my sizing question politely by email. For the price, solid experience.

Good value starter picks

Felt pleasantly surprised by the build on a budget vibe. One toy felt premium, another just ok. Discreet shipping was spot on, so I’m satisfied for the price.

Simple shop, clear details

Registration not required to buy, which I liked. Filters made it easy to compare materials and charging. A small learning curve on modes, but the quick guide helped.

Pleasant store vibe

Prices were fair and the items matched photos. One package came a day late, but tracking kept me calm. I’d shop again.

Unexpectedly delightful haul

Did not expect to smile this much at a box of little things. It’s cute, it’s useful, and it didn’t feel cheap. The site screams weekend energy. Prices could creep up, but right now the value hits.

Support fixed a hiccup

Chat sorted a duplicate charge quickly, explained the timeline, and sent a receipt. Calm, polite, and zero runaround.

Quality that feels cheerful

I felt genuinely happy using the product and reassured after. Materials felt sturdy, colors popped, and nothing seemed cheap. That joyful touch carried through the whole experience.

Unboxing that sparked joy

I pulled the tab on the bright box and a little thank-you card slid out. It felt personal, almost like a present. The sticker sheet inside made me grin; silly, but it did.

Nothing but an online scam

I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. First they sent the personal object to the wrong address. I told them I no longer wanted it for fear that the next one would go to another of my neighbors. This has been going on for over a month

Buyer beware!! Save your money and deal with an honest vendor!!

These people are completely dishonest! They take your money for products that they don't have and then they won't refund your money when requested. Stay away at all costs!! Hey, Acmejoy.com, my order number is: *** just so you can't claim that you don't know my order number and will attempt to deflect my negative review. Here's a suggestion Acmejoy.com: Refund your customer's money when it's requested rather than steal from them. SCAM!!

Ordered the Chris-6 masturbator and was impressed

Ordered the Chris-6 masturbator and was impressed by its quality and performance. The 10 vibration and thrusting modes offer a variety of sensations, making it a standout product. Shipping was prompt, and customer service was responsive when I had questions.

No damage to items, my privacy was respected

No damage to items, my privacy was respected at every stage, and customer service gave helpful info when there was a delay. They offered discounts, credits, and options to change products if I didn’t want to wait. I think some people might enjoy this more than I did, I just felt asking for anything for waiting a bit was asking too much. Still, I accepted the offers happily. This only applied to one item, all my other purchases arrived without problem! As a first-time buyer of these products, I was nervous talking to someone, but you all did a fantastic job!! Not sure if I’ll buy again soon (my stash is full lol), but if I do, I’ll come back without any doubt!

The customer service team is really kind and reliable

The customer service team is really kind and reliable, always ready to help solve any problems you might face. You can trust their website for good products, unlike many other scammy sellers online, they deliver what they promise. No tricks with this company.

My package got taken from my porch and even after

My package got taken from my porch and even after I sent them every detail they wanted, I still have not got any refund for the missing item. Very disapointed with their customer service.

I have bought 3 diferent models

I have bought 3 diferent models of their Vibrating, Thrusting, and Heat Dildos and they are really good, but on all three, the Heat function did not work properly.

I purchased a product that I had trouble using at first.

I purchased a product that I had trouble using at first. Most instructions were easy to follow, but one button was not explained well. I worried it might be broken and reached out to customer support. They replied the same day with a helpful video. After that, everything made sense and I am happily using it now. I was amazed at how fast they answered. Very good service!

I got the doll Campbel some time ago

I got the doll Campbel some time ago and i wanted to share my thoughts and feelings about her until now. Im going to explain Campbel in some points and i hope it helps you decide if she could be a good doll for you or not. Skin: her skin is not the softest i ever touched from a doll, but for the price, it's pretty good, she is made of TPE, really fun to feel overall. I think they could improve the softness and texture later, but i've seen much worse than this. Boobs: her boobs are big for her size and they are very fun to play with, i love boobs, so they are pretty cool, maybe a little firm, but it's interesting too to have this kind of texture, i know some people enjoy it like that. I always have a lot of fun holding them while she is riding me, really amazing. Butt: i really like the shape of Campbel's booty, it's really hot, i would enjoy it being a little thicker or softer, but that’s my taste. Still, they did a good job with the curves. Same as the boobs, really fun to grab and play with, not too small, but bouncier would be better in my opinion. Vagina design: the design of her vagina might be one of the best i’ve seen, pretty insane for a doll like this, you clearly see the big lips, perfect if you like playing or sucking. It also makes a big difference for the friction when you go in and out, very fun and really hot. Vagina texture: Again, im really suprised, the texture feels really good, much better than i thought from a doll by AcmeJoy. With the boobs, it’s probably the top points, the vagina and boobs are awesome. She is tight and the texture feels real. You really feel squeezed inside, you just want to keep going in and out. Feels like gentle teeth grinding and the more you go in, your head is pulled inside, amazing feeling. Butthole design: i think they did well, it's not crazy or anything, but they did what’s needed, pretty nice and hot, you see the ridges and the tight entry, just perfect to get you excited. Butthole texture: if you thought the vagina was tight... omg. The butthole is 3x tighter holy damn.... hard to explain how tight it is, especially your first time. But once she has you inside, you can't leave until you are done, she clearly wants you inside forever. The hole is mind blowing, a world of squeezing and deep sucking pleasure with lots of ridges and bubbles. Positions: Every positions are possible, doggystyle, cowgirl, reverse cowgirl and missionary, basic ones, but your imagination can do more, everything is easy to do, try new things, since she is not heavy, perfect for that. My favorite is cowgirl, but doggystyle is fun too. Overall: if you are a first timer, i think she is for you, you don't need the biggest doll to have fun, sometimes smaller dolls are more enjoyable, she is like a little demon of sex. I will give her a solid 8.5/10 Thank you for reading my review, i really appreciate it, feel free to dm me if you have more questions about her and enjoy your toys!

The customer service was really good.

The customer service was really good. i had a parcel that did not come and they fixed it by sending me a new one. Product is very strong, better than the one i usualy buy.

Customer service was very good.

Customer service was very good. Annie helped me out. I accidentally got the product wet and it stopped working. Then, I got a second one, but one of the three functions didn’t work. They sent me a third one, and it works really well. I’m glad, I thought I would get ripped off. This is a trustable company!
