Although it appears the prices are good, do not take it for granted. The is no access to clients in case of emergency, no email or telephone to call. I was rated very high as customer, but there is no reciprocal consideration. I wrote a letter of complaint about a poor hotel in Rome, requesting a refund and I did not hear from them. The location of the particular hotel was in a dirty and unsafe area of Rome. Do not use this agency!

I will never use Agoda againI booked with this company and the hotel room I was in did not have cold AC. The hotel had no other rooms and gave us a box fan. They apologized and gave us credit for one of our two days. For two months they went back and forth with me in over three dozen emails, numerous phone calls that were never answered and I had the hotel manager send them an email and copy me after three weeks of lying stating that they called the hotel and left messages. They finally wanted to give me credit to book again. Ripped off of my days stay and for not even half of what it cost me. I will never use them again and make I tell as many people as possible.

HORRIBLE - I booked a room at a pricey hotel with a pool 4 months before the wedding. A week before, AGODA claimed the hotel canceled my reservation. I reached out to the hotel, and they never even had a booking from AGODA!! I had to pay for a worse place, and since I had another booking for the next night, I couldn’t be sure it would be free. STAY AWAY from this scam company. Report to Which, and Trading standards. (Note: They run from Singapore to dodge UK laws.)

Imagine you arrive at the hotel late at night, and they won't give you a room because AGODA never paid them… As for services, it's a joke.

This company is absolutely useless. I faced a problem with my stay, and they haven't done anything except send me the same email every day and ignore me. The accommodation listed on their website is completely misrepresented. It's pointless to book through them if they won't resolve any issues. It's better to book directly.

My business trip involved booking two hotels through Agoda app. The first hotel had check-in issues; finding their customer service number took a while. It took about 4 hours to resolve. The second hotel gave me a tiny room without air conditioning (it was broke). They wouldn't switch rooms, so I left. Agoda won't refund me, even with pics and videos.

I booked with booking.com had worst experience they took payments without prior information and after check out that property hikka trans by cinnamon they didn't provide a receipt worst thing was unhygienic food as a doctor I'm so concern about hygiene. I had a good poisioning after the breakfast. So I never recommended any local or foreign client to use booking.com or hikka tranz. I'm dual passport holder British original passport and my husband has SL identity. I booked many hotels through agoda thaal, RIU jetwing lighthouse and etc. agoda is the best ever platform to fulfill your travel dreams.

I had the worst experience with this company.

I had the worst experience with this company. They confirmed my reservation multiple times, but when I got to the hotel, they said they had no record of it. Their chat only responds to dumb questions, and when I emailed them, six different people confirmed my booking within an hour. I ended up booking my hotel myself and paying much more. I asked for a refund, but it took weeks and they stopped replying. Never using them again.

Hmm, I dun' get why people complain. I ain't had no problems! Jus' booked hotels, 'bout 20-30 times. Always got a room, and it went smooth. They're cheaper than Booking.com too.

Used Travelodge for work for 3+ years, but won't continue. Struggling to voice concerns—no complaint form, and the website is a maze. Bookings team refuses assistance beyond reservations. Phone calls mysteriously cut off. Rectifying mistakes is a hassle, met with disinterest. Hotels' staff is pleasant, but customer service lacks empathy. They seem more interested in pocketing money than helping patrons. Suggestion: provide a visible email address for complaints, and prioritize customer support over profits.

The reservation system seemingly exploited my attempt to add a new credit card by prematurely confirming a nonrefundable booking. Upon contacting the hotel, I discovered they were paid with a dubious "virtual" card by the company, while my actual card had been charged. This unsettling revelation, combined with a 50% markup on IHG room rates, raises serious concerns. With numerous complaints against them, both Ogodo and IHG should address these issues to maintain trust with customers.

Egy sajnálatos foglalási hiba miatt teljesen kétségbe estem , de az Agoda csapata azonban a végtelenségig segítőkész volt: nem ráztak le a szabályzattal, hanem azonnal felvették a kapcsolatot a budapesti Tribe szállodával, közbenjártak értünk, és elérték a megoldást. A vártnál is sokkal többet tettek értünk, és megmentették az utazásunkat! Örök hálám a professzionális és mélyen emberséges hozzáállásért!

Jeg kommer aldrig til at booke gennem Agoda igen. Vi havde reserveret et hotel på Bohol i Filippinerne, Alona Vida Beach Resort, som skulle være et hyggeligt strandhotel med pool, men den oplevelse fik vi slet ikke. Da vi ankom, fik vi bare udleveret 5 vouchers til hotellets restaurant sammen med beskeden om, at de var i gang med renovering, og at det var deres form for kompensation. Det lød helt absurd, for larmen var så voldsom i løbet af dagen, at man hverken kunne opholde sig på værelset eller på området, og poolen var heller ikke et sted, man havde lyst til at ligge ved. Det er virkelig under al kritik. Vi klagede og bad om kompensation, især fordi vi intet havde fået at vide hjemmefra, men det eneste, de gjorde, var at tilkalde en manager, som ikke hjalp med noget som helst. Han sagde bare, at han skulle tale med chefen. Vi bad om at få refunderet 2 af de 5 nætter, men det var umuligt at få fat i Agoda, og hotellets ejer var heller ikke til at komme i kontakt med. Det var ekstremt uprofessionelt og tydeligt, at de slet ikke lyttede til kunderne. Det eneste, hotellet blev ved med at tilbyde, var flere vouchers til deres egen restaurant, og det føltes bare latterligt, fordi det jo ikke var reel kompensation. Dem sagde vi nej tak til. Ferien endte derfor uden nogen pooltur overhovedet.

Tein varauksen Ateenaan helmikuussa, ja kyse oli huoneistosta La Casa De Los Dioses. Lentokentällä huomasin sähköpostin, jossa kerrottiin majoituksen perutusta edellisenä iltana remontin takia. Siinä kohtaa olin ihan vihainen ja vähän paniikissa. Tilalle ei annettu mitään oikeaa vaihtoehtoa, pelkkä rahojen palautus, ja viikon majoitusta ei löydy Ateenasta noin vain. Jouduimme pyörimään hetken ilman suunnitelmaa, ja loma alkoi tosi huonosti. Tää oli kyllä tosi huono kokemus. En usko että varaan tältä firmalta enää mitään.
