I wouldn't trust this company. The website is completely down now, and it shows the domain is up for renewal. Despite this, they still charged me at the end of the trial period. Not good – I’d stay away!

They charged me for December without my approval. I only paid for the trial month from 27/10/2024 to 11/12/2024, and then on 10/12/2024 they charged me again. I don’t want the service, it doesn’t work for me, and I didn’t like it, that’s why I only used it twice.

If I overlook the moments when I need to type in a prompt 10-12 times before receiving anything more than the "disclaimer," I can typically get what I'm looking for. So far, I've discovered methods to use it for something fresh or different. It does save me time, which I would otherwise spend trying to recall things. That's where it realy stands out.

Difficult to navigate

As a complete novice, I tried to use the free version of AI-PRO as a trial period. But ended up paying £5 pm which I thought was a good deal for a trial run. However, after the initial few successful tries, the program appears to have given up on me all together. Instead of an answer I get flashing cursors and all freezes. I can't find any answers to this problem on the entire site. Help would be gratefully received.

I find using it to be mentally challenging and even exciting at times. I am 80 and retired for many years but still read extensively both fiction and nonfiction and enjoy using AI to test ideas and look for curated reading recommendations. One disappointment is that although I am bilingual in English/Japanese and although this tool can understand/respond in Japanese the data that it can access and process is very, very limited in Japanese.
