Building my app seemed promising initially, but testing revealed the platform's features were utterly unusable. Countless hours were wasted troubleshooting errors on their end, notably a glaring issue with the hyperlocal feature. Attempts to contact customer support were in vain, and communication from the account manager was nonexistent for weeks. Only after initiating a PayPal cancellation request did Appy Pie show interest, pledging to address the issues. However, their promises fell short, and my account was later locked for "unpaid fees." Despite partial fixes, numerous issues persisted. Escalating the matter to PayPal for a refund is my last resort as I await resolution.
