For some time I had trouble with two sided printing
For some time I had trouble with two sided printing (long side) on my ET4550 printer using W11, where pages came out upside down. Even after getting the newest Epson software, it kept hapening. Kate told me to do it all over again, and this time it worked, just like it always did on my Mac mini and iPad. At no point was I told there would be a charge, except for a £1 access fee. So I was quite shocked to see £24 randomly taken from my Paypal. Ask Crew gave it back the next day without any fuss. Still, big questions about Epsom Customer Service rules.

The Ask-Crew member was very helpful as I had trouble understanding the tech stuff. In the end, I got what I needed, so I was pleased. But then I got an email saying I was now signed up for a monthly account at £24.99 a month. If I hadn’t noticed this, they would have started charging me. BEWARE!

The service was prompt, and the specialist was friendly and explained things well, resolving my issue. However, when I looked through my emails, I found out that I had been enrolled in a monthly subscription that wasn't mentioned at any point during the inquiry. It was quickly cancelled, but it's a little sneaky.

I contacted your team on Saturday for over an hour, and your helpful person fixed my issue. Now it's Monday, and the printer, which is under three weeks old, is not working again. I've been trying to reach support, but I keep landing on a page asking for payment. Don’t want to lose this screen

Daniel was very kind and patient with me (I am not great with tech) as I struggled to find the right place to remove a page from my Facebook account. After about 30 minutes, we finally got it done. He definitely knows Facebook well and explains everything in a way that’s simple to follow.
