I was surprised when my Fire 10 suddenly asked if I wanted to reset it. There was no alert about losing my files. Sadly, I hadn’t backed up to the cloud, so Sven couldn’t recover them. However, he pointed me to two helpful websites and assisted with other issues. Sven was detailed in his explanations and very patient while I worked through things. I’ve learned a lot about maintaining the Fire 10 and keeping my files safe. Thanks a lot, Sven!

By total mistake I landed on Ask-Crew. They charged me $1 and $64. I explained that I had no use for their service. Within 12 hours Ask-Crew provided a complete refund to my paypal account. Thank you

Asked for some help to get a refund, cost me $2 I was okay with that but they then billed me $77 without my knowledge to subscribe. Told them within 12 hours I did not want the subscription but they still took money out of my account. After complaining I did get a refund but was very angry that this was initially done without my permission

Roxanne didn't quite quit even with a very difficult problem. She kept working with me to try different scenarios for the repair and finally had me run a program that fixed some corrupted files. After that, the download issue was sorted out.

I was quite surprised when my Office 2021 purchase included Microsoft 365. The technician said it's a one-time charge with no more bills. At 90, all I need is Word, so other features are just extras. I forgot the tech's name, but he was very kind and patient. Overall, a good experience!

Elijah was really good at sticking with me. He gave clear directions and stayed calm throughout. I was tired last night and postponed until today. The adjustments we made seem to have fixed themselves while the Roku was off last night because it's working fine this morning.
