This company offers some of the poorest customer

This company offers some of the poorest customer service imaginable. Reaching someone through their phone is nearly impossible, with wait times of 35 to 60 minutes, and the automated message keeps directing you to a non-existent live chat on their website. Emails sent to their customer service address often bounce back due to a full mailbox, and if they do go through, don't count on a response as they rarely reply. Orders can sit in fulfillment for 6 to 7 days, and trying to cancel an order is a challenge. Even after an hour on hold, they refuse cancellations. They might promise expedited shipping to get you off the line, only to later inform you via email that it will be sent by standard mail. I will not be dealing with this company again due to their terrible customer service.

When it says "butter soft" for denim, it's really soft. You don't need to wash it many times to wear. Prices are good, especially during sales.

Vroeger kocht ik hier bijna al mijn kleding, maar de kwaliteit is ook achteruit gegaan en het is nu duurder. Jessica London is precies hetzelfde. Best jammer allemaal. Ik heb wel gebeld om dit te zeggen, maar kreeg alleen te horen: “het is een nieuw beleid.”

Bei meinen 3 Bestellungen musste ich leider jedes Mal selbst hinter der Rückerstattung herlaufen und genau nachhalten, welche Teile ich zurückgeschickt hatte. In zwei Fällen wurde mir erst mal der komplette Betrag berechnet, sodass ich auf den Kosten sitzen blieb. Auch der Gutschein wurde zwei mal falsch verbucht, und ich musste selbst ausrechnen, wo bei Avenue der Fehler lag. Auf meine Mails zur Rückerstattung kam beim letzten Mal gar keine Reaktion. Erst als ich den Fall bei PayPal gemeldet habe, passierte endlich was und ich bekam mein Geld zurück. Das war echt nervig und ziemlich unübersichtlich.

Ich bestelle hier immer wieder gern, weil mir die Kleidung echt gut gefällt. Die Qualität ist meistens auch in Ordnung, nur ab und zu ist mal ein Teil dabei, das nicht ganz so überzeugt. Was mir aber die Freude etwas nimmt, ist die Rückabwicklung: Bis eine Rückerstattung kommt, dauert es leider ziemlich lange. Klar, es ist wohl ein kleines Unternehmen, aber mehrere Wochen warten fühlt sich schon etwas nervig an. Trotzdem mag ich die Sachen und schaue immer wieder vorbei.

Ik dacht, laat ik weer eens bij Avenue bestellen, want eerdere ervaringen waren prima. Maar deze keer? Wat een teleurstelling! Bestelde drie items, kreeg er ook drie, maar slechts twee klopten met wat ik had uitgezocht. In plaats van de camel jas in maat 14, ontving ik een dierenprint in maat 30. Serieus? En die verzendkosten... schrikbarend hoog! Had me moeten waarschuwen, maar goed, ik dacht, het gaat vast weer goed. Nu wil ik een terugbetaling en wordt er doodleuk $10.99 in rekening gebracht, tenzij ik een e-giftcard accepteer. Echt, wat een gedoe. Heb er genoeg van en ga niet meer bestellen bij Avenue of andere Full Beauty merken.
