Emailing them was a mess too, kept saying "please type a message" when I already did, like five times! Even tried their Facebook, but just got replies from an AI that didn’t get my issue. They don’t have a phone number either. Basically, they took my money, blocked me, and made it impossible to contact them. Totally feels like a scam. Save your money!
