Solid watch at a fair price. Having to pay extra for the CASIO box felt a bit odd, but since I bought it to wear, the box didn't matter to me in the end. I'm in NZ, and just a heads up, the listed price doesn’t include tax, which is added at checkout (still a good deal overall). Free shipping was nice, though since it's shipped from Singapore, it takes around two weeks to arrive. Overall, I'd buy from Creation Watches again and have already done so

The watch looks better than in the pictures. This is my second Seiko 5. The dial has a nice charcoal gray color. There’s a good balance between simplicity and details. Both front and back say Made in Japan.

My experience with Creation

My experience with Creation Watches was good. It took three orders and a month for my first order to arrive, which was a bit long. However, the customer service team was very helpful and made sure I wasn't too worried. I faced some trouble with customs when my order finally arrived in Germany, but the support team was quick to assist me until it was delivered. The support team showed real professionalism. Though I could have been frustrated, seeing the team support me to the best of their abilities makes me appreciate their efforts.

However, just two months later, the Seiko I purchased developed a loose rotor and started making strange noises when shaken. I had to spend more than half of its original price to get it serviced, and I didn't even receive any reimbursement. Don't let their prices fool you!

Absolute nightmare! My experience with this company is beyond belief: August 2023: Ordered a watch, but it arrived incredibly late with an unexpected customs charge. October 2023: The watch had quality issues, with disassembled parts and humidity under the glass. No guarantee or invoice was provided. October 2023: After countless emails and reminders, they finally sent the guarantee card and invoice via post in January 2024! Shockingly, the guarantee card belongs to a Seiko watch, not the INVICTA I purchased. To top it off, the invoice is still missing, and they managed to sneak in an extra 7.10€ charge. This company's operations seem shady, and I suspect their watches are counterfeit. Absolutely horrendous!

Purchased a watch on December 30th for $260 CAD. Unhappy with the free shipping insurance, I canceled and reordered with better shipping. Despite assurances, I'm yet to receive a refund for the initial order. The provided PDF blaming my bank lacks credibility. The second order arrived swiftly and in good condition, but the delayed refund raises concerns about potential scam. Refund hassles overshadow an otherwise positive experience; resolving this would likely make me a repeat customer. Sharing feedback here seems to prompt quicker customer service.

Ich habe bei Creation Watches eine Seiko bestellt und mit der Uhr selbst gibt es keinerlei Probleme: Sie ist original, einwandfrei und genau so, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Mit dem Produkt bin ich deshalb sehr zufrieden. Weniger gut lief für mich der Rest der Bestellung. Die angegebene Lieferzeit von 2–4 Tagen wurde nicht eingehalten, und während des Bestellvorgangs war für mich nicht eindeutig zu erkennen, dass der Versand aus Singapur erfolgt. Dadurch kamen bei mir zusätzlich Einfuhrabgaben und DHL-Gebühren von etwa 48 € dazu, was den am Ende gezahlten Preis deutlich erhöht hat. Es gibt zwar auch eine Versandvariante, bei der die Abgaben bereits bezahlt sind, aber der Unterschied zwischen den Optionen sollte aus meiner Sicht viel klarer dargestellt werden. Positiv sind auf jeden Fall die guten Preise, die Originalware und der Versand per DHL Express. Verbesserungsbedarf sehe ich vor allem bei der Transparenz zum Versandort, bei der deutlicheren Darstellung der Versandmöglichkeiten mit den Zusatzkosten und bei realistischeren Angaben zur Lieferzeit. Wer mit Bestellungen aus dem Ausland vertraut ist und diese zusätzlichen Kosten von Anfang an mit einplant, kann hier gute Angebote finden. Für Erstkäufer kann es aber schnell zu unerwarteten Überraschungen kommen.

Hab jetzt zum zweiten mal eine Seiko bestellt, Lieferung nach Deutschland lief wieder problemlos. Die Uhr kam genau wie beschrieben, Japan-Version, mit original Verpackung und gestempelter Garantiekarte. Es sind zwar eher ältere Modelle, die Seiko so nicht mehr direkt verkauft, aber der Preis war trotz Zoll und Steuern echt fair. Versand ging per DHL Express und war beide male sehr schnell. Einmal hab ich Zoll und Steuern direkt an DHL gezahlt, beim zweiten mal lief das schon über CW, was etwas günstiger war. Zu Reklamationen kann ich nix sagen. Ich werde bestimmt nochmal eine Uhr dort bestellen.

Als jemand, der schon ein paar Mal bei Creationwatches bestellt hat, kann ich nur sagen, dass der Service echt top ist. Der Händler sitzt in Singapur und bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Uhren bekannter Marken. Besonders schätze ich den Versand mit DHL Express. Innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen ist das Paket da und die übernehmen sogar die Zollformalitäten gegen eine kleine Gebühr. Jedes Mal war die Uhr in einwandfreiem Zustand, da gab's wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Die letzten sechs Bestellungen liefen reibungslos ab. Für mich ist das definitiv ein vertrauenswürdiger Shop, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Klingeln an der Tür, 48 Stunden nach Bestellung lag die Seiko am Handgelenk. Sekunden genossen, Folie abgezogen, tickt präzise. Genau so wünscht man sich das.
