Creation Watches

Great price, customs hit

Price was sharp and checkout simple. Courier switched to a local partner after customs and tracking got fuzzy for a day. Watch arrived perfect. I had to pay VAT on delivery, which I expected but still stung a bit.

Great deal, store warranty only

Warranty details hit me after purchase, and it’s store backed, not manufacturer. The watch arrived fast and looks legit, but I’d prefer OEM coverage. Next time I’ll read the return window and service terms before chasing a rare model.

Fast ship, clean finish

Packaging was tidy and the caseback sticker was perfect. Felt excited opening it and even more confident seeing perfect alignment. For the price, quality impressed me.

Customs call at lunchtime

Customs pinged me during lunch and I paid a small duty, then the courier dropped the box next morning. Popped the bracelet links and it fit right. Price still felt worth it.

Email help and messages were quick

Email help and messages were quick and good and also the delivery came on time in original packge, really thank you

Great value and quick shipping with all taxes included.

Great value and quick shipping with all taxes included. Felt really simple, almost like ordering from a local store. I will definetly buy here again.

Experience was nice, the items are good quality

Experience was nice, the items are good quality and prices are lower than many other sellers in Canada. The cost you see does not include shipping and import fees (so expect about ~15% more for import charges on arrival) and it promised 2-4 days delivery but it arrived in about 10 days. Also, the day after i ordered the watch they dropped the price by 40$ which was a bit annoying lol

Package came on time, well packed, item as described

Package came on time, well packed, item as described, good price, free shipping to my mailbox with tracking, confirmation sent fast, and order handled fast, exellent!

I've bought several Seiko 5 watches

I've bought several Seiko 5 watches (new but discontinued) from CW. I like that you pay all fees at once, so nothing extra pops up. I always know when my watch will get here. And the watches are always great, often nicer than the pictures online! I keep coming back for this servise..much more dependable than other places.

Really nice company to work with.

Really nice company to work with. Very helpful and email replies were clear at every stage. I’m happy with my order and will surely buy from them again.

Saved £55 using this site and looked at many others

Saved £55 using this site and looked at many others to find the best price. You will save some money but not quite as much as the first price you see. This is because the price shown doesn’t cover import fees. When you pay, you can choose to pay the delivery/import fees then or later. I chose to pay later through DHL (be careful of the call from DHL about payment. It looked like a scam call on my phone and sounded like one too. I handled it on DHL’s website afterward). In the end, I saved about £10 doing it this way. The team were also fast at answering any questions I had.

I found the watch I wanted.

I found the watch I wanted. I made the order and it came really fast. I am very happy with the service provided.

Great quality, came as I thought - probably took

Great quality, came as I thought - probably took a bit longer since they ship from Singapore I guess - and I am really happy with my watch.

Thanks for the quick worldwide shipping of the Casio G-Shock watch

Thanks for the quick worldwide shipping of the Casio G-Shock watch. Your prices are really fair and I will surely buy from you again in the future. I will also tell my friends about you. Great job!

Every watch I get is authentic

Every watch I get is authentic. I will keep using this site for good deals and nice help from the seller.

The watch looks great and delivery went fine

The watch looks great and delivery went fine, but it was annoying to get a customs fee even though I’m in Austria and this is a German brand. It’s not clear on your site that the watch comes from outside EU. Had to pay 50 Euros more, wich was not fun.

Bought a Casio DW5600 BCE1

Bought a Casio DW5600 BCE1, spent around 40% less than what others ask nearby. It got sent out fast and came in about a week. No unexpected costs showed up, maybe since the watch was under the import tax limit. Great prices and good service. I can say Creation Watches is a real and trustwd seller.

I always enjoy getting watches from Creation Watches

I always enjoy getting watches from Creation Watches, the cost is good for real and well-made waches from brands I like and they give quick delivery with tracking done by DHL... Nice quality... I have been purchaing watches from them for over 5 years now...

Great price for the watch I wanted

Great price for the watch I wanted (Bulova Lunar Pilot). Quick delivery and nice packaging. I got exactly what I was looking for! Nice work and greetings from Switzerland!

I have bought from Creation Watches multiple

I have bought from Creation Watches multiple times over the years. They are a great seller for sure. Their customer service is always good and shipping is quick. I hope they stay around for many more years. I will surely buy again. Thanks a lot!

I recently bought a Casio G-Shock DW-5600UHR

I recently bought a Casio G-Shock DW-5600UHR. I was unsure at first, but after it arrived, I was really happy with the quality and originality of the watch, so I decided to order another one. Now I own two for a price lower than the retail cost of just one.

A reliable watch company offering

A reliable watch company offering authentic watches at great prices. Delivery might take some time, depending on where you live, but for me, it makes the whole process more exciting. Once you make a purchase, they don't just forget about you. You can always count on their helpful customer service team, led by Dave K.
