Picked up my new car and really love it, but it came with a damaged front Carbon Fiber lip. They promised to fix it if I decided to keep the car, but I still haven’t heard back about the repair. Their communication isn't the best, but I guess it's alright. The whole experience was kinda okay, not amazing but not terrible either.

By the time they got back to me, they said it was too late to return it. This company really just wants to make a sale and then they leave you hanging. Stay away from them.

I might not even have the car before the payment's due! I was hoping to have the car for a birthday road trip, but now I might need to cancel. Driveway could be awesome for people who can’t get to a dealership, but they really need to speed things up.

They claimed there was no warranty and offered me a discount on parts and labor instead. Their website clearly states otherwise.
