0 stars. Absolutely the worst business model I have ever seen. I made the huge mistake of ordering two pairs of jeans from this bogus company. Both were too small, so I had to pay $28 to ship them back, as Flamingals does not offer return shipping. Not only that, but when they issued both refunds, they kept $5.99 each as a "non-refundable shipping cost". Unless you want to pay over $40 to return a couple of items, do not do business with this company. Unbelievable
