I was a bit unsure when I first ordered these pants, thinking they might look odd, but turns out they are absolutely perfect! The length, color, and weight of the fabric are just right. Decided to finally give this website a shot after seeing their ads everywhere. I’m a huge fan of jeans, so I figured, why not? My package arrived pretty fast, which was a nice surprise. Ordered from this place a few times and usually loved the stuff. This time, though, I got two pairs of shorts and needed to return one. Their policy says they'll reply within 24 hours when you request a return. It's been since Monday, February 24, and all I've gotten is them asking for more info, which I gave them already. I mentioned in every request that I wanted to return a pair of shorts! Sent four requests now and they keep asking the same questions—if I’m returning or exchanging and what item it is. Now it's almost Saturday, March 1, and my 7-day return window is closing. After that, I'm stuck with these shorts! Their customer service is a joke and I’m never buying from them again!
