Even though my flight got rescheduled a few times by the airline

Even though my flight got rescheduled a few times by the airline, Manuel, my customer service agent, was always very kind and assisted me every step of the way. I'm happy I'm finally heading home thanks to his help. Thanks Manuel!

SCAM

I paid for my flight March 5 left on the 8th to Birmingham from fort Lauderdale FL round trip. Cost $529 for 1 adult and 1 child. I paid out of pocket for my first flight which they only reverse half credit. I was supposed to leave March 9 to return because I am only visiting for a funeral. March 9th came and my ticket still didn't work. They requested I provide the card used on file which Flyodeals uses a company card that shows up as FRAUD! I've been more than patient I suppose to Leave Sunday and it is now Tuesday and I had to report the company to get a refund and I STILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR A FLIGHT BACK HOME!

I was really happy with the service.

I was really happy with the service. Dino Lopez gave me a good deal, he was really helpful and I suggest this company to anyone.

Scam Company

This company offers you deals with lower prices and when you book, they call you and ask for a higher price, if you do not accept, they will tell you they cannot return your payment. This company is all based on scam. I reported this to my bank.

I hope this isn't a scam.

I hope this isn't a scam. I just bought two tickets for my grandma's funeral. I'll find out when the day comes if this is a real app or not.

I booked flight tickets with Simon

Victor, the suport person, was always sure of himself

Victor, the suport person, was always sure of himself when helping us with our Frontier flight tickets. He even made sure we were checked in before handing over the boarding passes! Even when I kept worrying and asking over and over about when I would get them, he stayed patient and kept helping. I am giving 4 stars, not 5, only because the wait for the passes made me nervous. But later I found out it wasn't Victor or his company’s fault, it was the airline’s. I would ask for Victor’s help again, for sure.

Scam! “Good” reviews are fake!

I was shopping for airline tickets, and a price came up on airfare watchdog, through flyodeals.com that seemed too good to be true. So I looked them up online and saw tons of warnings and bad reviews, however, be careful, because there are also a lot of good reviews that, oddly enough, sound very similar to each other. They are obviously fake positive reviews. That’s why on certain websites they have a good score, but they are a scam! There are so many stories of them scamming people. I knew it was a red flag when, as you book the ticket, they say it is in process and the price won’t finalize until later. Normally, tickets are booked right away. So I took the money out of my account so they couldn’t charge it and did some research. It turns out that they call you the next day and tell you the price went Up . And they quote you an exorbitant amount of money, but they tell you oh we can do it for just $100 more, for example. And when you try to cancel, they say oh we will do it for $50 more. But don’t do it because there have been many issues, as I have read, where people, at the airport are told that the tickets aren’t valid or they never receive the tickets in the first place. These scammers are not in based the country, it appears that they are in India. Luckily, I was able to cancel and didn’t give them any money. As I canceled, they started getting frustrated and belligerent. You never see this company on Skyscanners, Expedia, Kayak, Booking.com, etc., just Airfare Watchdog, so be careful! They are not legit! Stay away if you see flyodeals.com pop up on your flight search!

I managed to book a very good deal on a last-minute

I managed to book a very good deal on a last-minute flight thanks to Manuel. This agency really puts in effort to find the best prices for flights. I will definitely turn to this travel firm for all my last-minute bookings and tell others about it too.

Do not use. Terrible service

I had a round-trip flight scheduled and paid for. The issued the ticket for the first flight. They told me that the day before my return, I would receive my ticket for the return flight. I never received it. I tried to call, email and use the chat to get some assistance. The 24-hour service they advertise is a lie. I did not hear back from them until 3 hours after my flight took off. They told me they would have their refund department call me to schedule my refund. That was a lie as well. Please do not do business with this company they are horrible.

Luis was a decent help

Luis was a decent help; he made sure I got my flight at a fair price, and my boarding pass was sent just as he said.
