Apartment sofa that fits

Unboxing the boxes in my walk-up was easy, parts labeled clearly. The assembly video was the hero. Took two evenings, not bad. Storage under the seats is gold for small apartments.

Parts arrived smoothly

From ordering swatches to delivery, communication was personal and specific. I swapped a damaged arm panel via their parts page, no drama. Covers were snug at first, stretched in a week. What stood out was the sense that I can replace pieces instead of a whole sofa.

Covers saved our sofa

Spilled coffee on a cushon and tossed the cover in the wash. Came out fine, fabric still feels tough. Seats lean firm, which I kinda like, tbh.

Solid value, plan extra time

Ordering was easy and communication steady, but assembly took us an afternoon and the tight covers needed patience. One seat arrived with a scratched panel; support shipped a replacement quickly. Once built, the modular layout and hidden storage justified the effort.

That first click-in moment

When the last section clicked into place, it felt like building adult LEGO. Big grin, then feet up on a couch we built.

Family friendly and flexible

Sign-up and ordering were simple, with clear fabric swatches. Boxes fit our narrow stairs, and the labeled parts made assembly manageable. Under-seat storage is a parenting win.

Comfort after some grunt work

Felt satisfied once seated, but a bit frustrated during tight-cover wrestling. Cushions feel supportive and the storage is genuinely useful.

Helpful support, quick fixes

Chat responded within minutes, walked me through swapping an arm style, and sent a new cover. Clear, professional, and fully resolved.

Measuring twice paid off

Configurator was simple and the measuring guide saved me from ordering the wrong layout. Boxes arrived labeled by step, and the instructions were short and clear.

Sturdy pieces, DIY chill

Assembly was straightforward and I felt reassured once the first seat locked in. Cushions bounce back nicely and the frame feels solid.

We are really happy with our new couch!

We are really happy with our new couch! The shipping went smoothly and everything arrived safely. The packaging was secure, and the instructions were easy to follow. The couch is soft and the material feels good. We've already had a few small stains from our pets, but they come off easily! I would surely recommend this company and their couch to others!

The company's sectional might seem

The company's sectional might seem daunting at first with all the parts, but it actually fits together well. The instructions, with pictures, are clear and simple. The couch feels strong, and we're enjoying it.

I'm really happy with Home Reserve.

I'm really happy with Home Reserve. The couch fits perfectly and is easy to clean. Putting it together took a bit, but it was okay. We got a chair too, and they helped us make it match better. Good stuff!

The customer service was really good

The customer service was really good, maybe the best I've seen in a while. I liked how the customer service rep caught my mistake with the order and fixed it. It ended up being exactly what I wanted from the start.

The couch looks nice and feels

The couch looks nice and feels comfy. Putting it together wasn't too hard but took some time. Moving on the fabric can be tough, especially on the ottomans. Considering the effort it took, it seems like a lot for what you pay. It's washable, which is good, but it's a hassle to clean, so I probably won't do it often.

I was so stoked about the

I was so stoked about the design and layout of this couch, but seriously, the quality is a letdown. I've only had it for a few weeks, and it's already looking like I've had it for ages. Nothing's lining up right, zero support in the back, and the fabric decided to do its own stretching routine – definitely not sitting flat on the base. Feeling a bit lost here 'cause I spent months on the couch hunt, and I'm not exactly thrilled about going on that mission again.

Did some serious digging

Did some serious digging before diving into this purchase, but the assembly surprise hit hard. Thought we were getting some mega storage in the seats, but reality check – not so much, and they need lining, not just plain plywood. To top it off, the directions played hide-and-seek with the actual parts – major mismatch. Feeling a bit duped, and the struggle is real. Gotta give a heads-up to the next shoppers – it's an assembly adventure!

I'm seriously impressed

I'm seriously impressed with this furniture! It zoomed to my doorstep in no time, the assembly directions were crystal clear, and those furniture creators? Pure geniuses! The color I picked is a dream, and get this – it's holding its own against the Golden Retrievers' drool and the grandkids' wild energy. Wiping off drool? Easier than pie. I'm just loving every bit of it!
