Office wellness day delivered

Booking was quick and the coordinator laid out a clean schedule with breaks. Therapists arrived early, set up quietly, and kept 15 minute slots on time. Communication was crisp. What stood out most was how energized our team felt right after.

Therapists were total pros

Setup was simple, one email thread and a clear invoice. On event day, chairs popped up in our break room and they handled the flow. No learning curve for me at all.

Last-minute switch, still relaxing

Our therapist got swapped the morning of the event. I panicked for a second, then the replacement walked in, calm and pro, and the room vibe softened immediately.

Office event ran smoothly

Requested a quote Monday, confirmed Tuesday, and two therapists arrived Friday right on time. Communication was crisp, they handled building check-in, brought chairs, and kept a tight sign-up flow. People left smiling, shoulders looser, and our conference room looked spotless afterward.

False hopes for jobs

I joined Infinite-Massage a while ago, hoping to earn opportunities to work and expand my practice as an Onsite Massage Therapist. Unfortunately jobs were very few and almost impossible to claim, until I thought I got one, only to realize it was "gone" (deleted) from my portal at their website. Reason was not provided... unbelievable. I'm shocked, highly disappointed, and probably never join them again.

Both therapists late to 2 separate locations

Booked a corporate massage event for two of our locations and the therapists were late to both locations. One therapist did not even bother calling and I had to call their business line twice to get the person there. One of our staff came in specifically for the massage and was taking the rest of the day off. That person did not even get her massage. I reached out to them and they gave me $25 off - seriously? $25? For two events you screwed up on? I will not be using them again.
