I wanted to share my good experience with Lyst.

I always check Trustpilot before buying from stores I don’t know, and I almost didn’t order when I saw a one-star review. Usually, one star means a bad experience; but the person who wrote that review clearly didn’t understand how to use the site and ignored Trustpilot’s guide for writing helpful reviews. Trustpilot isn’t a place to complain about paying full price when something is out of stock. That could really hurt a legit seller! Here’s advice: stop posting random complains online- nobody cares. Say something useful, or stay quiet. That review should be removed for being irrelevant. Sorry for venting, but I almost missed a dress I searched everywhere for and found on Lyst. I don’t like unneeded stress! Hah! …Seriously, Lyst doesn’t deserve such a wrong rating.

Bought a jacket and paid. Got a message soon after saying it was out of stock (last one was from a third party) and got my money back fast. All of this was sorted in about 90 minutes. The support team was great and really showed how slow other shops can be.

Great customer service. I had been considering purchasing this bag for about a month. The price on Lyst was a bit lower than on the site I got sent to. So, I reached out to customer support and got a fast and friendly reply. They offered me a one-time chance to buy the item at the price listed on the provider’s site and get a refund from Lyst for the price difference. True to their word, I received the refund after placing and confirming my order. Still waiting for the product, but happy with the service.

Your exchange policy is quite strange to say the least. I received an incorrect size and when I tried to swap it for the correct one, I learned that you don’t permit this. It’s really annoying for people like me buying online from various countries. I’m not very pleased with this situation. Now, I have to place another order and deal with your slow processes before I can receive my refund for such a simple issue. I’m not sure how I feel about this. As a first time buyer, this is making me uneasy.
