Warranty swap went smooth

By email, support replied within an hour and walked me through a blade issue. Replacement shipped same day and the notes were crystal clear.

Trim job without drama

Considering how many beard gadgets overpromise, this one just trims and chills. Battery holds, guard clicks firm. Price hurts a bit, but my sink is less hairy.

Clean cut with caveats

The 5.0 Ultra trimmed clean and the waterproof use in the shower felt freeing. I left satisfied but slightly wary about battery longevity and the foil head’s fragility after hearing a few stories.

I'm happy with the lawn mower.

I'm happy with the lawn mower. I read the reviews carefully before I ordered, and I made a one-time purchase. However, three months later, I noticed they charged me 24.99 and signed me up for their plan anyway. This really annoys me. I don't have the confirmation anymore, because everything seemed fine after a month (the email said it was a one-time purchase). Never again, because the product is good, but I can't stand their sneaky business.

My husband really likes these products!

My husband really likes these products! He uses the shampoo/conditioner, body wash, deodorant, and even the shaving tools for sensitive areas, and he likes them all. I’ve been buying from this brand since 2023 and it's all he uses now. He always seems great, making me appreciate him even more! 10/10 recommend!

Great product.

Great product. The best I've used. But what really impressed me was the customer support - WOW. I lost my charging cable so I contacted Manscaped's customer support. I wrote during the weekend, but minutes later I got feedback - I just needed to provide my address and they would ship me another charging cable free of charge. One week later and the cable just arrived. Wow.

The company is amazing!

The company is amazing! The product is unbelievable and the customer service is probably the best I have ever experianced! So helpful and straight back to me. Nothing is to much! 10 Stars from me ! Great company

It was good at first, but

It was good at first, but broke after some months. Should last longer for the price. I bought cheaper one, it's lasting longer.

After reading various negative

After reading various negative reviews about Manscaped, many of which were about subscription payments and trimmer quality, I disagree with the negativity. The payment process is straightforward; you just need to select the correct option to avoid subscription. As for the Lawn Mower 5.0 trimmer, it's fantastic. It's easy to use and doesn't cause any skin irritation if used properly. Some people might struggle because they don't know how to handle it gently, but that's not the fault of the product. I got the Platinum Ultra Bundle with a discount code, and I'm satisfied with every penny spent.

I paid way too much for the

I paid way too much for the trimmer, and the battery was completely wrecked in 6 months. I couldn't even use it for more than 2 minutes without having to charge it for another 5 hours. You can get superior products for 1/6th the price. It's hot garbage. Save your money and get a £20 Phillips trimmer and spend the £80 you save on toiletries that will outdo what they offer. Not to mention not having to buy expensive (and again, overpriced) blade replacements constantly.

I made a seemingly one-time purchase, but months later

I made a seemingly one-time purchase, but months later, I received an unordered package. My attempts to contact the company proved futile. I resorted to blocking them through my bank, yet they continued charging me. This experience raises significant concerns about potential fraudulent practices, as they appeared to retain my details without consent, resulting in unauthorized charges and an unsettling overall situation.

The issues I encountered have left me hesitant about the brand's reliability

I initially had the Manscaped 3.0 trimmer, which worked well until it developed a frustrating issue of constantly turning on. Despite letting it die and recharging, the problem persisted. Later, I upgraded to the 4.0, which initially worked wonders until the charger failed. I inspected it for water damage, but it seemed fine. This inconsistency in quality control is concerning. Additionally, the nose hair trimmer didn't meet my expectations, possibly due to my fine hair. Overall, while there were some highlights, the issues I encountered have left me hesitant about the brand's reliability.

Garancia ügyintézés példaértékű

A support másnap válaszolt, nem kérdeztek felesleget, azonnal cserét ajánlottak. A problémám maradéktalanul megoldódott, korrekt kommunikációval.

A csomag szépen csomagolva érkezett, útmutatóval.

Írtam a fejcseréről, 12 órán belül jött részletes válasz linkekkel. Érthető, segítőkész, megoldotta a gondom. Korrekt hangnem.

Fényt kapcsoltam és wow

Bekapcsoltam a kék-fehér LED-et, és hirtelen minden szőrszál látszott. Nem húzott, simán vitte. Elmosolyodtam, mert végre nem kapkodtam.

Magabiztos rutin reggel

Gyorsan végzek, nem vág, nem húz. Ettől nyugodt és összeszedett vagyok. Ajánlanám bárkinek, aki rendet akar.

Giftbox, ami bevált

Rendelés sima, a doboz dizájnos. A trimmer vízálló, borotvafej finom.

A fejek cseréje egyszerű, tisztítás oké. Első használat után magabiztosabbnak éreztem magam.
