Ein neues Feld zu betreten, das einem völlig fremd ist, stellt sicher eine Herausforderung dar. Mein Weg führt mich zu einem anderen Ziel. Trotzdem muss ich sagen, dass die Schule der Meister wirklich großartig ist. Der Lehrplan, der Unterricht, die ganze digitale Infrastruktur bis hin zum Personal sind wirklich hervorragend. Von Anfang an gab es immer Unterstützung, sowohl durch den Support als auch durch die Dozenten, die stets professionelle Arbeit und respektvollen Umgang zeigten. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt jedoch: Ich persönlich mag Pünktlichkeit. Der Unterricht sollte 5 Minuten vorher beginnen und nicht genau zum Punkt oder sogar ein paar Minuten später. Auch wenn heutzutage die Uhr nicht immer so ernst genommen wird, möchte ich an alle Menschen in diesem Land sagen: Traditionen und Sitten eines Landes sind von Vorteil für alle. Und für diejenigen, die vielleicht bedenken, dass die Kosten der Kurse Schwierigkeiten verursachen könnten, sei gesagt: Jede Anstrengung ist es wert. Danke für den Einblick. Leider konnte ich keinen Bildungsgutschein von der Agentur für Arbeit bekommen, weshalb mein Weg mit Masterschool sehr kurz war. Mein Berater Leonardo von Masterschool war ein Traum. Freundlich, pünktlich und ehrlich. Er hat mir nicht nur bei allen Papieren und Fragen geholfen, sondern mich auch motiviert und war sehr hilfsbereit.

Der Kurs bot eine gute Grundlage durch einen gut strukturierten wöchentlichen Lehrplan, der von Experten aus der Branche mit praktischem Fokus unterrichtet wurde. Das Karriereunterstützungspaket beinhaltete die Optimierung des Lebenslaufs und persönliches Mentoring mit hilfsbereitem Personal. Auch wenn es anfangs einige Hürden als frühe Kohorte gab, wurden diese schnell gelöst. Der Wert des Programms zeigte sich durch meinen Erfolg, in den 2 Monaten nach dem Abschluss eine Anstellung zu finden.

Es gibt täglich neues Material, und irgendwann kann mein Kopf nicht mehr so viele Infos aufnehmen, und ich komme etwas hinterher. Die Schule hat mich gebeten, mein Feedback mit meinen Mentoren zu teilen, denen ich wirklich dankbar bin. Already on my second job in the field, I can't express enough how fulfilled I feel both professionally and personally. Masterschool played a huge role in this. Midway through the course, I passed the Security+ exam, and just 9 months in, I landed my first job offer. It was an incredible feeling because I really poured my heart into it.
