Since I noticed many low-star reviews while reading about Missmac, I wanted to share my experience too and give an update on my dress related to delivery. I placed my order on 16.1.25, and it’s a custom design. The dress was sent out on 23.1.25. I’ll update again when it arrives to share how the quality is. I’m hoping 🤞🏻🤞🏻 this will stay my dream dress and not turn into a dissapointment. Looking forward to hopefully leaving another 5-star review for how it fits and looks.

It is not a reliable company. They say that if you want to make a return, they will return the money in 14 days, and they will never return it back to me. I didn't like the dress I received, I returned it on time and they never refunded my money (09/06 MissAcc Hong Kong 166.55)

Horrible Return Policy

I just wish I would have searched for reviews before I LOST my $170. They are not trying to take the item back and instead offered me $35 to alter it. I live in California. Gas alone would cost $35 to drive down the street to a seamstress. I'm trying to accept the loss but it's infuriating They are no longer responding to my emails.

Missacc is a scam! Don’t buy from them.

They sent me a wedding dress that is ripping off at the bottom. They are now refusing return even though their website states that return is available within 14 days of arrival. I contacted them on the day I received the dress. It was not a customised product- standard sizing. They are offering 25€ to repair it myself! Quality is scandalous- very cheap fabric, irritating skin. The dress looks nothing like on the website. Communication with customer service is only via email and return is impossible. Don’t ever buy from Missacc! They will just add stress to your already stressful wedding day.

Poor Quality. Exorbitant Postage Fee &No refund system

This company is the worst I've dealt with EVER! Firstly, the dresses are cheaply made and of extremely poor quality. I paid $190 for a dress that was not even worth $20! Plus postage of $40, so in total $230. The dress was horrible! I asked them if i can return and get a refund and that's when the nightmare started. They were refusing and asking me to please keep the dress and they will give me a voucher of $50 to spend on another dress. I told them I didn't want another dress ever from them! Their dresses are just nasty. Don't waste your time. Trust me when I say this. Those reviews that are good are from them. I don't believe they are genuine reviews. Their dresses are just awful. I was buying it for a wedding and what a nightmare to deal with these jokers. Trust me this is the worst buy I've had ever. Absolute rubbish. How they are getting away with this is what has me stumped? How? Stay well away from this company. Scammers! They just take take take.
