Low Quality Dress & Slow Customer Service

*ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK* Save your money and time. I ordered a a bridesmaid dress and was really disappointed with the quality of the material and the style did not fit like how it was advertised online. I reached out to customer service to start my return and they've been slow to respond and process my return. As far as returns go, here's what I was told my options were: 1. Keep the item and they create a 45USD coupon code for me, which can be applied to your future purchases at Missacc. 2. Keep the item, and they'd offer a 32USD refund (order total was 147.55USD). 3. Start a return to get the refund of the item value (product refund will be processed only after we received your returned parcel). - The original shipping fee, coupon discount and a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from the order amount. Also, if any customs duties are incurred, the customs fees will be borne by me. At this point I'd be lucky enough if I get half my money back.. This was my first time ordering from them and I will not be ordering again.

I like the range of colors and photo choices, plus the custom sizes for dresses, given that every body is different. The measuring guide was clear and placing the order was quick and easy.

HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY

I purchased a dress from Missacc for a wedding and it came poorly made and smelled terrible. I emailed and requested a FULL refund because I was within the 14 day return policy and still keep getting the run around. First it was why do you want to return then it was can you send us pictures. After a few days go by they email again with proposals of what they can offer which does not include a FULL refund. This is RIDICULOUS!!! $168 that I will not get back. If you are looking for a dress DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY because you WILL NOT get your FULL refund back even if you are within the 14 day window. Please spread the word for others so that they don’t have to deal with this terrible company!!

Scammers !!!

They send a dress that would cost them about $4 to try and get out of the legality of a product being sent and then never refund when you contest it. I paid $300 for dress that is a rag. They are absolutely scammers. Do not buy from them !!!

Cheap quality and can't return it!

I bought a cocktail dress from them. What arrived does match the description and fits, but it appears cheap, isn't well made, and I can't even zip it up because the zipper gets stuck at the waist. I contacted them with a return request but having now read reviews, I do not expect to get anything back and filed a dispute claim with Paypal. Do not order from them, buyer beware!

Restocking fee!

Don't risk it by buying from this company. They state a "No Hassle returns"... They will keep 30% of your refund for " Restocking fees" What the??? Never heard of this before. On top of shipping fees. Buy from a trusted company with good reviews.

Terrible experience!

missacc is terrible website! The dress came really small and sleeves are super narrow, cant even try&Impossible to return, very disappointing. Customer service don't exist. Stay away!!! Where is my 220$ ??

Purchased two dresses. Neither one fit, measurements were off and neither one looked like their advertised picture. This is clearly false and deceptive advertising. Both dresses that arrived were made of very shiny costume satin, not even close to their pictures. They declined a return and refund. They send me an email stating that they would do the return if I took down my negative reviews and paid for original shipping costs. I declined. I spent over two hundred dollars. Why are these thieves allowed to do business in the U.S.? There are thousands of similar reviews - just wish I read them before purchasing this trash. Where is the consumer protection??

Do not buy from this company

This company sent a dress that did not mirror the photo on their website. After finding another dress and completing my ceremony, I reached out to them to complete a return. They offered me a slight refund and a discount code. I explained that I wanted a full refund as the dress did not match the description on their site. I was told it was past the 14 return period and their offer was the best they could do. I explained that they return policy did not mention returning the dress if it did not look like the dress in their pictures and I requested contact information for a supervisor or customer relations so I could discuss the matter further. Katie then began ignoring me completely. I continued to follow up every few days without response.

Initially, I placed an order as a guest and didn't receive confirmation, so I thought my payment went through. In the end, everything was fixed, and now I’m excited to get my beautiful dress!

THIS COMPANY SUCKS

Do not ever order from this company! Not only is my dress too big but the material looks cheap as hell! You couldn’t wear this dress to an 8th grade graduation party without someone asking which Walmart you got the dress from. I’ve been trying to return my dress for 8 days now and Missaac is dragging their feet to try to get me to day 14 so I don’t get the refund. Once I threatened legal action and said I’d post a negative review, they sent the return slip. They asked me not to write this review and they would waive the restocking fee of 10%, that’s how much they don’t want you to know THEY SUCK. The website says FREE AND EASY returns. It has not been that AT ALL! FALSE ADVERTISING! A customer service rep named Katie is who drug her feet for 5 days. Now I’m dealing with someone named Monica who is the one that sent me the return info. I’ve requested to speak with the manager and NOT Monica 3 times now and they haven’t put me in touch. My advice is to threaten legal action at the jump so you don’t have to go through all this back and forth nonsense (which- btw- was them asking me to take measurements and pictures of my body/the dress so they could confirm the dress was actually too big). Do not waste your time with Missaac. I promise you, nothing in their store is work the headache that comes along with it. Trust me!

The site was easy to navigate, and prices were reasonable. Offering a wide variety of colors is awesome and helps your business stand out. Many people, especially older ones getting married again, prefer colors other than white. Offering all dresses in multiple colors could attract more customers to your site.

Unsatisfied

I bought a wedding dress on this website for $187.00. Yaay I was so excited to try the dress on it took 3 1/2 weeks to get to me. The top of the dress is sewn lopsided and the lace arms are think scratchy material. The website states clearly on the bottom they have "easy returns" first email I sent did not get responded to for 3 days then they said for me "to get it altered, " that wasn't the problem. Then they said I just would like to return it so 5 emails later they gave me return address told me to please don't return just keep the dress and they would get me a quarter of the price toward another dress.. So I'm getting married and spent half my budget and they don't are to make it right I would never have bought a wedding dress online had I known they treat there customers like this

Ordered 2 dresses. Arrive later than the latest date given. Horrible quality, nothing like photos and now they’re not replying and won’t give me a refund. Refund policy on page says 14 days and contact customer service. Nothing else. Complete scam. China- based despite .co.uk after website name! DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR MONEY!

I had a small issue with shipping and info recently, and their customer service was so helpful! If you're unsure about anything they have - just go for it! You'll be very satisfied.

But the nightmare starts when the package finally arrives reeking of cigarettes! I reach out to customer service, hoping for a quick fix, but their suggestion? Hang the dresses in the bathroom after a hot shower or use a hair dryer to get rid of the smell. Ridiculous, right? And that’s not all – the dress quality was atrocious with horrible stitching. Despite sending pictures, their 'best' offer was a measly $70 refund because return shipping would be 'pricey.' Don’t fall for this trap. I'm incredibly disappointed with my purchase. The material feels incredibly cheap, and to make matters worse, the item is longer than what I ordered. The bra hasn't been fixed properly and is in poor condition. The poor material will remain an issue, even if a tailor fixes it. They also filtered my review in their website!
