Solid CEX, complex wallet bits

Orders filled quickly and transfers cleared fast. Web3 wallet steps were documented, though a tad dense. Support replied overnight about an approval, and it was fixed by morning.

Clear response on networks

Liquidity questions got answered fast. The rep explained fees per network and why a withdrawal was queued. Professional and concise, issue closed the same hour.

Margin order landed perfectly

Liquidity held and my limit filled right at the mark. Tiny fist pump at the desk. No drama, just a clean execution and tidy PnL.

Great app, Web3 takes a minute

Liquidity is there, fees are fair, but the wallet side will make you think. Bridges and approvals are not magic. Once set, it runs smooth.

Deep features, mild learning curve

Wallet experience felt sleek, but choosing chains and approvals made me slow down. Once I learned the flow, swaps and withdrawals left me satisfied.

Helpful withdrawal check

Support confirmed my big transfer was in queue and explained timelines. Professional tone and it released within their estimate.

Confident with tools

Felt reassured by order controls and quick execution. The wallet approvals took a minute to learn, then I was fully comfortable.

Feature rich, brain full

Amazing tools. Also 14 different buttons to click before a swap. Once you get it, it is smooth. Funds out fine.

Pro terminal and web3 wallet

OKX signup was smooth. The trading terminal is crisp and the integrated Web3 wallet makes DeFi flows easy once you learn approvals. Funding was straightforward and withdrawals hit fast after standard checks.

Robust platform, some complexity

I used copy trading and grid bots, then bridged funds via the wallet. It is powerful but not hand-holdy. Large withdrawals queued for review, then cleared. Fees are competitive and liquidity is reliable.

Options trade thrill

Closed a hedge at the perfect moment. Heart pounding, I high fived the air like a goof. The fills were on point.

Confident trading experience

Depth and fills are excellent. I felt secure using advanced orders and transfers between funding and trading accounts are seamless.

Pro tools with clear guidance

I deposited, moved funds to the trading account, and tested spot, then a tiny futures hedge. Chat clarified fees quickly. When I stumbled exporting API keys, the guides helped. Deep liquidity and clean mobile UX stood out positively.

Fast setup, deep features

Signed up in minutes and the app walked me through funding vs trading accounts clearly. TradingView charts, stop orders, and sub-accounts felt pro without being confusing. Navigation tabs are tidy, so the learning curve was gentle.

Smooth first withdrawal moment

When my USDT withdrawal hit my wallet within minutes, I exhaled. Charts still open, coffee still hot. The confirmation ping felt like a small victory after testing a new exchange.

Fees vs spreads dance

Love the liquidity and charts. Convert spreads? Not my fave. Still, order-book trades are slick and withdrawals came through fine.

so great so cool

so great so cool I'm a Filipino I will suggest this to my family and friends and all my social media accounts..

Actually, I have a lot of experience in cryptocurrency.

Actually, I have a lot of experience in cryptocurrency. I tried nearly 15 major platforms. I think okx is the best. For many reasons, I want to give them 10 stars I wish

I attempted to purchase USDT on the OKX

I attempted to purchase USDT on the OKX platform through p2p, but the seller, after getting my payment, refused to complete the deal. The platform's support team does nothing about it and lets this seller continue trading, even though there are more and more cases like this one. Additionally, I believe they cover up many failed transactions with this seller and don't remove him despite their own guidelines.

I made a savings account on OKX

I made a savings account on OKX since I didn't want to use my binance account. So I sent about $438,000 to this account. But when I tried to take out my money, I started hearing stories, this problem, that problem, a lot of nonsense. Until now, I haven't received any of my money back. Now, I have to seek help from EZREKO.

Been fussing for a week bout uploadin' the right

Been fussing for a week bout uploadin' the right papers (checked all rules) n' the system ain't takin' 'em for no reason. Customer service ain't been helpful at all. They said "unacceptable proof" 'n gave me all sorts of excuses that ain't valid, even though all I uploaded was current. I'm real let down by their service 'n I'd tell folks to watch out before signin' up.

I created an account and finished the verification process to start trading.

I created an account and finished the verification process to start trading. As soon as I transferred my tethers, I was logged out without any notice. No email came explaining anything until I reached out. They said my account is blocked because of the tethers I transferred and the review process could take up to 60 days. This is completely rediculous XD.

worst experience

I lost my investment capital and profits trading online, they kept on requesting for extra funds before a withdrawal request can be accepted and processed, in the end, I lost all my money. All efforts to reach out to their customer support desk had declined, I found it very hard to move on. God so kind I followed a broadcast that teaches on how scammed victims can recover their fund through the help of Gavin ray a recovery specialist, I contacted his email provided for consultation, I got feedback after some hours and I was asked to provide all legal details concerning my investment, I did exactly what they instructed me to do without delay, to my greatest surprise I was able to recover my money back including my profit which my capital generated. I said I will not hold this to myself but share it to the public so that all scammed victims can get their funds back. Contact his mail: ga******** at * mail * om

My OKX account got suspended

My OKX account got suspended. Still, no email from OKX. Support says I'll get one, no timeframe, even after asking nicely multiple times. No reason given for suspension. Time passing, no info. Please tell me why.

OKX be my favrite crypto

OKX be my favrite crypto exchng. I've been usin it for many yrs n it keeps getin betr. Recently they integratd iDEAL whch allows me 2 buy crypto bascly for free.

I made a trade on OKX for PEPE.

I made a trade on OKX for PEPE. The pricing was wrong, I bought it for 0.00009 instead of 0.000007. Support blamed market volatility, but PEPE's price wasn't even 0.000008. Please fix this and refund my money. This pricing is fraudulent.

OKX is the best

Compared to other exchanges I've tried, OKX is the best when it comes to technology and customer support. I faced some tough situations with OKX, but when I contacted them, they helped me out. Even though I wasn't completely happy with the result, they tried to be fair and informative. I appreciate the team's efforts, but I suggest enhancing the KYC tools.

I'd strongly suggest avoiding

I'd strongly suggest avoiding this company! I've encountered difficulties with moving my assets. One can't be unstaked despite them requiring it, and the other can't be transferred because the network has been unavailable for months. Essentially, transferring funds to them seems like a surefire way to lose your money.

I got hacked, and trying to recover

I got hacked, and trying to recover my account has been a crazy ordeal. It's weird that they let the hacker change my phone number, email, and Google authentication without needing any ID. Not cool.
