Я вже понад рік користуюсь Plasbit, і їхня команда підтримки була дуже приємна. Використовую сервіс для зберіганя та обміну криптовалюти, а дебетова картка в них дійсно добра.

Helpful chat during verification

Support answered KYC questions in under 10 minutes, politely walked me through a rejected selfie, and my account was verified the same hour.

Wallet to card in minutes

Sign up took a few minutes, then KYC tier 1 cleared fast. I topped up the virtual card from USDT and used it online right away. Fees matched the table. Navigation is simple, though card availability by country is hit or miss.

Great when it actually works

When the card is supported in your country, it feels slick and modern. When it is not, you stare at KYC screens and help articles. I was lucky this round, but the region maze is still annoying.

Virtual card in minutes

Signup and KYC took under 10 minutes, loaded USDT, spun up a virtual card and paid online immediately. App flow is clean, fees transparent after signup. Great for tapping crypto without off-ramping first.

Works well, mind the limits

Funded via bank transfer, swapped to USDC, and used the plastic card for groceries. Purchases cleared quickly. Regional restrictions mean some merchants declined. Support clarified ATM and daily limits, but Apple Pay not yet supported. For everyday spend, it’s solid if you watch fees.

Clear help on verification

Agent explained address proof requirements and approved my account same day after I uploaded a bank statement. Professional tone, fast resolution.

They are low cost and the finest I've tryed up to now. I take them with me to many places I go, they don't help in every spot but they give me quick help for all I want.

I really like the plastic fit in service

I really like the plastic fit in service you provide and I am very happy with it. But your customer service was unkind to me without any reason.

Very good prepaid card

Easy to use . Very fast and reliable , they work easily and do great . They may not work on every platform on earth but they are cheap and easy to use .

For me and my brother, even though

For me and my brother, even though I have experience with crypto and my brother doesn't, Plasbit turned out to be a solid choice. Their customer support is really helpful and quick to respond via chat, they were able to clear up all the questions we had. The website is simple and easy to navigate, much better than Bitfinex, which I used until recently and found more complicated to understand. Fees are transparent and quite reasonable compared to other platforms I’ve used. I also tried their prepaid card once, and it worked fine. Customer support assisted me in linking it to my mobile in no time.

Great website

Its been a while since i started using plasbit. I couldn't be more satisfied! It doesn't only performs great with apple pay but also has a fast and easy topup from my BTC wallet to my credit card. Highly recommended!

The card doesn't work!

The card doesn't work! Very dissapointing! Just because my name is Дмитрий, it doesn't mean I have Russian citizenship. You didn't ask me to show any IDs for verification, and the service was offered without proper KYC.

great option for sending money

great option for sending money after converting btc to eur, the transfer is usualy quick and smooth. thank you.

The verification process was lengthy

The verification process was lengthy, and after submitting all required documents such as my passport and completing forms, my verification was randomly declined. No clear explanation was given. Although the company claims to be anonymous, it’s clear that KYC is required if you want to sell Bitcoin.

Overall happy

Overall happy The simple sign-up process really helps save time Customer service is very helpful Very effective!

The low fees plasbit charges when purchasing btc

The low fees plasbit charges when purchasing btc is the main reason I liked it so much and will for sure keep using it and recomend it.

Great fees in the market of btc

When buying btc something that always worries me is the fees that the sites I use may take, so it was a relief to notice that plasbit actually takes pretty low fees! Definitely one of the best options to buy btc from.
