I wrote to Suport email at **** as I have been charged even I cancelled my subscription. Then **** has attended and solve my issue promptly and professionally. She is very helpful and didn’t even waste much time to provide appropriate solutions. I highly recommend **** as she did great job . ❤️

I joined with an intro offer, liked the short lessons, and felt more focused. Support replied quickly when I asked about cancel steps. The only hiccup was spotting the renewal details across app variants. Best part is how simple the training feels day to day.

I unfortunately had to cancel my **** subscription because of personal reasons and ****’s help was very timely and professional in sorting it out for me. Human customer service

I had an autorenew that I was unaware of and was upset to see if taken from my credit card when I had not been able to use the service - I wrote to customer service and Kira was understanding and refunded me as a gesture of goodwill. Its nice that some companies are still human after all

I’ve used a little the app mobile, it’s good but quite expensive. The customer is excellent, really realtime responsive and proposing everytime the best solution. Appreciable!
