Secret Sales Відгуки

I have been using Secret Sales

I have been using Secret Sales for years and have liked shopping with them. Recently, I was very impressed by the friendly, professional support I got from the customer support team and Lucy in particular. I would definitely suggest shopping with them.

I'd rate this company 3 stars

I'd rate this company 3 stars because they didn't respond to my complaint email about my recent order. I got a dress from Sosandar, but a button came off as soon as I tried it on. Unfortunately, I can't exchange it because they don't have my size available. Now, I have to find money to pay a seamstress to fix it. Secret Sales, please address this issue and offer a solution, and I'll update my review accordingly.

I got a pair of 'converse' thinking

I got a pair of 'converse' thinking they were real for a Christmas present. After only 2 days, one of the metal eyelets for the laces fell off. In just a few weeks, the converse logo is fading, and the canvas is separating from the rubber! Definitely not as good as the converse we've had before. When I complained, they asked for photos and details and promised a quick response. That was on March 2, 2024. I've sent more emails asking for a reply, but they haven't responded! I'm going to report this to Trading Standards!

Please avoid using this website. I

Please avoid using this website. I placed an order, waited 10 days, no communication what so ever. Spoke to customer services who told me the seller was experiencing a delay in processing my order and has put it to 'the top of the pile', to then receive a refund with no email or any correspondence a few days later. I then had to yet again contact Customer Services for clarity to be told the item wasn't in stock! Whilst secret sales were 'helpful', the problem was not properly dealt with. Terrible experience, will never shop here again.

Parcel tracking was a letdown;

Parcel tracking was a letdown; only received a DHL number after complaining. Shockingly, my item arrived two weeks late with Evri, a regrettable switch from reliable Royal Mail.

Received only half my order and

Received only half my order and reached out to customer service three times with no response. Disappointing experience with unresolved issues.

Encountered a hurdle while attempting

Encountered a hurdle while attempting to return a product. The label file provided for evri was incompatible with my devices, and the chatbot was unhelpful. Customer service merely reiterated the returns process without addressing the file issue.

This website is a favorite of mine.

This website is a favorite of mine. The customer service team stands out, and orders consistently arrive promptly. The pricing is fantastic, and communication is superb. Secret Sales sets a high standard; other companies should take note of their service.

Terrible experience with this company.

Terrible experience with this company. Ordered a jacket, never received it. Contacted customer service, spoke to Vanessa who promised a refund. It's been five working days, and still no sign of the refund. Absolutely disappointing service.

Received a disappointing experience

Received a disappointing experience from this company. They sent the wrong item, a Boys size medium instead of the listed Men's size. To make matters worse, the automated returns process demands a £3.50 fee for their mistake – an unfair burden on the customer. Attempts to contact customer service through live chat have been futile, as no one is responding. My advice: steer clear of this company, as they seem to operate like unprofessional cowboys.

The company delivered my order promptly,

The company delivered my order promptly, but one item didn't meet my expectations, leading to a return. After waiting for over two weeks with no refund updates, I contacted customer service and spoke with Emmy. Despite the delay, Emmy swiftly resolved the issue, issuing a refund while investigating the parcel mishap. I appreciate not having to wait for the resolution. Emmy's assistance was noteworthy.

I ordered 3 pairs of Ted Baker trainers

I ordered 3 pairs of Ted Baker trainers but received 3 pairs of slippers instead. The lack of customer service, absence of a return label, and communication limited to an unhelpful robot were disheartening. It proved to be a frustrating experience, resulting in wasted time and a loss of over a hundred quid. I won't be considering this company again.

Utilized the live chat service

Utilized the live chat service and had a positive experience. Although it took about 15 minutes for the agent to join the chat, once connected, they were very helpful and efficiently resolved two queries. The agent provided clear explanations, demonstrating professionalism and effectiveness in addressing the issues.

I couldn't have wished for

I couldn't have wished for a smoother purchase with Secret Sales, and I'm delighted with the item I bought at an incredibly good price. The purchase arrived promptly, making the overall experience highly satisfactory.

Unbelievable! My order hasn't

Unbelievable! My order hasn't arrived yet, and as a single mom on a tight budget, it feels like my Christmas savings have just vanished. I'm truly devastated. The prospect of not having gifts for my family is heartbreaking.

Absolutely fantastic

Absolutely fantastic! The website is easy to navigate, and the checkout and delivery processes were seamless. The products exceeded my expectations and were accurately described. I'm delighted with my purchases and have placed two orders in the last month. Secret Sales has become my go-to online shop. Thank you!

My previous experiences with Secret Sales were just okay

My previous experiences with Secret Sales were just okay, but my recent encounter with them through ESOs has been a nightmare. Several items I ordered simply never arrived. The ordeal began when I attempted to resolve this issue; their customer service was severely lacking. They use an unreliable delivery company, and getting in touch with a human seems nearly impossible. The automated responses claim someone will assist you in 14 minutes, but that's a promise that goes unfulfilled. This level of customer service is highly disappointing, and I'm left feeling frustrated. Secret Sales needs to address these issues promptly if they want to retain their customers' trust.

I've had a very frustrating experience with this company

I've had a very frustrating experience with this company, and I can't help but express my disappointment. Initially, things seemed promising with a smaller order, as it went off without a hitch - my items arrived promptly, and they fit perfectly. However, my optimism quickly turned sour when I placed a larger order on the 18th. I received only two items, one of which was faulty, and the rest of my order was nowhere to be seen. To make matters worse, the complete absence of communication from their customer service has been maddening. I created two customer service tickets, attempted a live chat, and sent multiple emails - not a single response. This abysmal level of customer service is unacceptable, and now, I'm left with no choice but to initiate a dispute with Klarna due to this extremely poor experience.

My Secret Sales experience has been less than satisfactory

My Secret Sales experience has been less than satisfactory. I purchased a pair of boots that turned out to be uncomfortably tight. Expecting a swift refund process, I initiated a return on 10/06. The stated timeframe for the refund was 10 days. However, things took an unfortunate turn. I decided to contact their customer service for an update, and to my surprise, I was told that my item had been lost. They assured me that my money would be refunded within three days. However, a week has passed since that assurance, and there's been no communication, nor has my refund materialized. I'm now exploring if there's a formal process in the UK to report such issues. This entire episode has been frustrating and left me in limbo, eagerly awaiting a resolution.

I had a terrible experience with this company

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a tracksuit, and they left it outside my house without my consent. It was stolen, and despite my numerous emails and providing video footage as evidence, they have refused to help or refund me. Their customer service is unresponsive, and they've essentially ignored my pleas for assistance. I'm appalled by their lack of responsibility and customer care. I'm left with no choice but to take this issue to social media to share my awful experience and warn others to steer clear of this business.

I was thoroughly impressed with Secret Sales' customer service

I was thoroughly impressed with Secret Sales' customer service. They went above and beyond in keeping me informed throughout the entire process. When I had a question about the product, their support team responded promptly and handled my inquiry with professionalism. Overall, my experience with Secret Sales' customer service was exceptional, and I had the added benefit of receiving my refund without any unnecessary delays. It's truly a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Secret Sales has turned out to be a customer's worst nightmare

Secret Sales has turned out to be a customer's worst nightmare. First, the company charges a substantial fee for returning each item, making the return process unnecessarily expensive. For instance, returning four items cost me a whopping £14, leaving me already dissatisfied. However, the real ordeal began when waiting for my refunds. The process is frustratingly slow, and it appears that if you don't actively chase your refunds, they may never materialize. In my case, the countless hours spent messaging their customer service to inquire about the status of my refunds were incredibly aggravating. Adding insult to injury, the quality of the products I received was a far cry from the enticing appearance they presented online. To avoid a similar ordeal, I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on Secret Sales. It's simply not worth the hassle.
