Secret Sales Відгуки

This is my second review as their customer service

This is my second review as their customer service team is really helpful. If you’re new to the site, keep in mind that third parties sell through Secret Sales, so your order might come in separate deliveries, which some reviews seem confused about? If you need to return items to different sellers, their customer service will guide you through the steps so you only pay once for returns. It’s nice that they can communicate with both customers and sellers with so much patience. I think I sent about 6 emails asking for help! Thanks to the team and Robin this time round.

I got a jacket for my daughter for Christmas

I got a jacket for my daughter for Christmas, but sadly it was a bit big. It came super fast and looked lovely, so I got a smaller size for her. She really liked it and it fit well. That one also came fast and is really good quality. I’ll be happy to get more stuff for us later. Thanks so much!

I bought 5 or 6 products, but one didn't show up.

I bought 5 or 6 products, but one didn't show up. I reached out to Secret Sales through their site and got a quick response from Fatima, who said she would check it out. The next day, I got an update saying a replacement was on its way. It arrived the following day. Great communication and assistance from Fatima at Secret Sales.

I reached out to customer service to check

I reached out to customer service to check on a missing item from my order. It took nearly an hour waiting in line, but when I finally spoke with Lucy, she gave a very friendly greeting. She quickly found my order details and assured me that the item would be delivered on another day.

I purchased some nice fragrances and items for

I purchased some nice fragrances and items for Christmas at great prices. I even bought a little something for myself. The delivery was quick and smooth. There was a small issue with one of my products, which was part of a set, but Tiegan from customer service handled it well and worked with the supplier to sort it out quickly. No complaints here, will definitely shop here again.

I had a bit of a problem with my ASOS shoes

I had a bit of a problem with my ASOS shoes falling apart, but Elle from customer service really helped me out. Even when I was not the easiest to deal with, she stayed polite and professional. She set up a free return for a refund as a gesture of goodwill, and I’m happy with the way she handled everything, especially since it all got sorted on a Sunday, which is usually a hassle for anyone. So, thanks Elle at Secret Sales. She really did a good job.

I had an issue with a discount promo not working

I had an issue with a discount promo not working, so I decided to buy the items before they sold out and asked for help with a refund. The process was smooth, and the refund was handled quickly. Good customer service, which I’m glad to see, though it's not always easy to find now.

Good value for money on secretsales.

Good value for money on secretsales. Had no problems with delivery or returns, but when buying from multiple brands, you are charged £3.50 for each brand’s return since they do not use the same return location.

I’m pleased with my experience at Secret Sales!

I bought a jacket, jeans, and trainers without

I bought a jacket, jeans, and trainers without looking at any reviews. I was a bit concerned at first, but my order came quickly and was just what I needed. I've ordered a few more things since, and once again, everything went smoothly. Just remember to compare prices with other stores because their suggested prices can be a bit highter.

I was unsure about ordering since I hadn't heard

I was unsure about ordering since I hadn't heard of them before, but I decided to give them a shot with some River Island dresses. Really happy with the service! The dresses got here in just a few days, and the smaller size fit great. It was a steal at £80 for just £10. I think I'll just sell the bigger size since returning it for the £3.50 fee isn't worth it when I only paid a tenner. Overall, I'm happy! I can say they are reliable. Their customer service is quick to respond as well.

I had a question about the shipment of my package.

I had a question about the shipment of my package. Helena was really nice and fixed my question quickly. I got my package later that day.

Secret Sales is a great Company to shop with and interact.

Secret Sales is a great Company to shop with and interact. Their delivery times are speedy and prompt, and the products always arrive neatly packed and beautifully arranged. One of the standout aspects of Secret Sales is their wonderful Customer Service Team; they are really fantastic, and no request is too much for them. They are quick, polite, friendly, and very useful. I would definitely suggest this Company. A huge thank you to Fatima in the Customer Service Team. Thank you so much Secret Sals.

Great website!

Great website! Lots of brands available. The pre-loved section is fantastic. Quality is solid and delivery is quick. Customer service could use a bit faster response, but overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Ordered shoes in my normal size

Ordered shoes in my normal size, but they were over 1cm too long, so the sizing was off. What bothered me the most was the £2.49 delivery fee and then £3.50 to send them back (not mentioned in the listing that returns are charged). Even if I missed the fact that it wasn’t stated as free returns, it shouldn’t cost more to return than to deliver. £6 wasted for nothing, so I won't be ordering from this site again.

I usually worry about using sites like these due to potential problems

I usually worry about using sites like these due to potential problems… I ordered a pair of shoes, but they sent the wrong size. Fixing the problem was easy. The return was handled quickly, the issue was looked into, and to make things better, I got a discount code for the trouble. Thanks, Emily, for the great service!

Customer support is great.

Customer support is great. I had a problem with a product that came damaged, and they were really helpful in setting up free returns. I then mistakenly ordered the same item twice, and they were helpful once more.

Secret sales great customer support from Emily.

Secret sales great customer support from Emily. Ordered a pair of low converse but 2 payments went through. Emailed secret sales and Emily handled it fast. Very courteous and effective. Converse were way less expensive than other places.

I've been using SecretSales for a long time because they have real brands at good prices. Delivery times are given when you order, and it often arrives even faster. Returns are straightforward and easy to manage. Lucy assisted me with my recent return issue and was fast with her answers, solving everything quickly. Great service!

I've used Secret Sales multiple times and they’re great.

I've used Secret Sales multiple times and they’re great. They offer a big range of popular brands at good prices, often a bit less than other places. Delivery is fast and returns are pretty easy and quick.

I really like this shop!

It's great that I found it! Prices are so good and surprisingly cheap for expensive items. They have everything from River Island to Fendi - clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, gifts, perfumes, skincare, and more. This is definitely where I shop now! If you use it with Top Cashback, you can get more money back, and there are also discounts for NHS workers. I suggest it!

Great products at great prices.

Great products at great prices. However, reaching their customer service can be tricky. For instance, I faced issues with missing items from another order, and their online chat isn't very responsive. They lack phone support. Despite this, I still recommend Secretsals for clothing.

I was lookin' for Acqua di parma

I was lookin' for Acqua di parma aftershave balm that no one had any stock left. Then I found some on Secret sales at a good price as well. I kind of thought it was too good to be true, but pressed the buttons and ordered it anyway. All came super quick, genuine product, so ordered more the next day. Great little site.

Wow, this company is really good.

Wow, this company is really good. They help a lot when something goes wrong. The team is professional and knows their stuff. They're also nice, listen, and act fast. Unlike some other companies. They sell great clothes at good prices and have a top customer service team. They deserve more than 5 stars for sure.

Company provide great service.

Company provide great service. Orders come on time, never had issue. Never had to return anything. One of best companies I've dealt with. Would definitely recommend.

I've bought from this company a few times, had one problem fixed fast by Louis in customer service. Louis showed great service, made me trust my problem would be fixed. He's a credit to your company! Made me feel good about buying here again.

The chat featuer was easy

The chat featuer was easy. At first, it's a 'bot', but I got to a real person, 'Helena', right away. Helena was helpful and answered my questions instantly because she had the info in front of her. As long as you have the needed info like an order number, it's pretty much plain sailng.
