Soccer Відгуки

Дропи інколи затримують, все ок

Замовляв м'яч і щитки. Ціни норм, пакування як слід. На піку релізів бувають затримки, але це очікувано. Магазин зручний і зрозумілий.

Гарний вибір бутс і Goal Club

Fresh cleats, no break in

Boots arrived fast and legit. Slipped on, laced, and they felt dialed from the first touch. Confident on turns, no heel rub at all.

Custom jersey came crisp

Order flow was smooth and sizing info matched my old kit. Custom name added a few days to processing, which they flagged clearly. Jersey landed clean, colors true, and stitching solid. Shipping took a day longer than quoted, but not a dealbreaker.

Goal club saved a bit

Unboxing the new ball and shin guards felt great. Goal Club shaved a few bucks, then free ground on top. Pretty stoked.

Bad Customer Service/Took forever

We had to order our Soccer Jersey's from this company Soccer.com. So I ordered two sets of jersey's at the beginning of the month, thinking that would be enough time to get the jersey's in time for my twins first game at the end of the month. I was SOO0 WRONG!!!! My girls had no jersey's for their first game. When I called customer service the lady on the phone said we mailed it out on the 18th day, you should have paid for express shipping (this company is located in the USA not overseas)didn't know I would need to spend more money on shipping to get it to my house in less than a month. I said my girls won't have it for their first game, she was like you should have paid for shipping. I said a month to get a jersey is ridiculous, you can at least say your sorry, my girls don't have their jersey's - she then finally said "sorry but their is nothing I can do, it's already shipped." I said, you could at least pay for my shipping (they offer that for free all the time). She said, ok let me talk to my boss, I got free shipping. Other then that, I am very disappointing in the companies customer service and a product that takes forever to get! It would have been faster buying it overseas.

Good gear, slow club kit

Ordering regular items was smooth, prices solid, and tracking updated quickly. Communication on my club store uniform, though, lagged as backlog season hit. Support was polite via email, but timelines slipped twice. The finished printing looked sharp, minor misalign on one badge. Worth it, but plan ahead.

Easy cleat shopping and returns

Joined Goal Club in a couple minutes and immediately saw better prices on the boots I wanted. The site filters for size, surface, and brand made browsing fast, and the size chart matched up well. Customization previews for jerseys were clear, though I took a minute to figure out the nameset placement tool. My in-stock cleats shipped quickly and the 30-day Wear Test gave me confidence to try them outdoors. It feels made for soccer people, with straightforward checkout and clear return rules right on the page.

Every time I'm on the

Every time I'm on the hunt for new boots, this site’s my go-to. The prices are usually fair, but if you hang tight, a discount is bound to pop up, making it even sweeter. I’ve snagged some killer deals by just waiting a bit. The boots I've gotten here? Seriously, top quality every time. They're durable, stylish, and exactly what I need. I’ve tried other places, but nothing compares to what I find here. It’s become a bit of a habit now; whenever I need boots, I don’t even think twice. I just head straight to this site, knowing I’m gonna get something awesome.

very simple to buy Team uniform(s) or choose

very simple to buy Team uniform(s) or choose items when your kid grows fast. very smooth processing and fast turn arround time

The website was clear and easy to navigate.

The website was clear and easy to navigate. My eight year old son picked out his own equipmnt, and he was really happy with it! The process felt simple for both of us.

Mom of a full house here with lots of kids in diffrent sports. I liked how I could jump on soccer.com and see a uniform pack already set up for my kid. Just had to pick sizes, check everything, and buy. Fast, simple to use, and all laid out nice.

A decent place to find all the soccer gear you need! The website has the basics, whether you're in a team or just a fan.

Before buying from this site, I looked

Before buying from this site, I looked at many reviews and noticed a lot of people had problems with shipping delays, which made me unsure about soccer.com. Still, I decided to order 3 authentic jerseys, and they showed up in just one week. I think many people's problems are with jerseys that have custom printing. I simply wanted the regular shirts and I'm very pleased. Not only did I score a good deal, but having them arrive in only a week was quite good. If you plan to shop from this site, go ahead without worry. I would surely buy from here again. My only small complaint would be that the authentic shirts I got didn't have the choice for badges on the sleeves, but I can easily take these to my local shop and have them put on. Thanks again soccer.com!

This was the simplest buying experience I've ever had.

Soccer.com is a reliable

Soccer.com is a reliable and user-friendly site with a range of products (like Adidas and Nike). I'm happy every time I shop there for my son (the soccer player) and for fan gear for my husband and myself. They offer decent sales, and being a Goal Club member, the discount I get is really useful.

They always hit the mark when I order from this site.

I’ve used soccer for years and have always been happy with their service. I buy my son's team gear here and also get stuff for my whole soccer ⚽️ mad family! It’s a solid store.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

I ordered a product over a week ago. All items were listed as "In Stock". I still dont have my product, The cusotmer service reps wont follow up with Fed Ex and the only response I get from Customer service is "Dont you know who we are...". I still dont have my products and customer service keeps giving me the same line. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Soccer.com has a good selection of shoes

Soccer.com has a good selection of shoes at nice sale prices. It's been very useful to have Soccer.com for our team, since our child joined the elite club... his feet are growing fast and he needs new shoes OFTEN. The cost really adds up, so I like the discounts from Soccer.com as a goal club member and the sales they have through the year!

I appreciate soccer for always having cleats

I appreciate soccer for always having cleats in my youngest son's size, whether it's indoor or outdoor. It's hard to find, but soccer.com always delivers! He's in a 13.5k now and I look forward to when he's in a 1! Thank you soccer.com for offering a range of sizes for our young soccer players!
