Validation help was patient

Chat walked me through CAA records and wildcard validation steps. Friendly, fast, and they sent a link to a clear guide. Problem solved in minutes.

Cheap cert, quick issue

Bought a DV cert on promo, generated a CSR, and the panel guided me through validation. DNS option was easy. Issued in under an hour and installed cleanly on Nginx. Price was the hook, docs and chat made the process simple.

Promo great then jumps

Renewal sticker shock hit after the first year promo, but support pointed me to a multi-year deal that eased it. Install was still painless. Value is there if you watch pricing.

Chat solved EV snag

Agent replied fast, walked me through org validation documents, and double checked my CSR details. Professional, friendly, and it issued the next morning.

Was an Entrust customer before, but faced issues with an upgrade that blocked my subscription. Customer service couldn't figure it out. Switched to SSLs to keep our VPN running. Got it done in under 24 hours, saved us $100 on certification. Planning to return for a wildcard SSL cert this spring.

Terrible support

Terrible support The verification process was a constant letdown, repeatedly failing, and I had to resort to using ssl-for-free to generate the certificate without incurring any charges. Never considering them again.

I encountered a slight issue when validating an uploaded file as the system indicated success, yet the certificate didn't materialize. It turns out the validation needed to occur on port 80 or 443, but it happened on a different port, causing the discrepancy. Fortunately, the support team was extremely helpful in pinpointing the problem and ensuring a proper resolution. Once this was addressed, everything proceeded smoothly, and I'm satisfied with the outcome.
