Dispute handled with respect

Refunds policy worked for me once when an answer missed the mark. I opened a dispute, explained the gap, and support mediated. It took a couple days. Communication stayed professional and I ended up with a partial credit and a redo.

Fast bids and quick answer

Posting a calculus question was fast. I set a budget, skimmed tutor bios, and picked one with good ratings. Chat was smooth, and the answer hit before my lab started.

Notes that sharpened studying

Notebank files gave me a quick outline for bio. Felt confident cross checking with my text. Some docs are dated, so filter by course tags.

Support clarified a dispute

Got a quick, professional response when I asked for a revision. They explained the steps plainly and the tutor fixed the issue. Felt looked after.

Clutch for crunch nights

I was drowning before a stats quiz and the platform honestly saved me. Bids came fast, I skimmed profiles, locked one in, and got a usable walkthrough within the hour. Not a miracle worker for complex projects, but for spot fixes and sanity, it’s a win.

I have made six requests for my company's

I have made six requests for my company's copyrighted content to be taken down from their site, but haven't heard anything back. They take free sample materials made by other companies and then sell them. Even worse, they are using my company's name to do so, which could harm our reputation.

Bad customer support, I asked for help but

Bad customer support, I asked for help but no one replied after I asked twice. Then I wanted to cancel but couldn't, and they charged me anyway. I tried contacting them a few more times, but still got no reply.

I reviewed 28 assignments and each time

I reviewed 28 assignments and each time the tutor did a poor job on the homework and charged again and again to fix it. I reached out to the company, but they didn't resolve the problems. Instead, when I filed a dispute, they banned me. I mentioned that I counted the assignments I requested.

It's a scam site, they said if someone

It's a scam site, they said if someone unlocks your doc you earn 100$. I uploaded lots of docs, my friend unlocked one and I didn't earn anything. They're just liars, we lost 50$ because of that.

As a tutor, I've encountered a few folks

As a tutor, I've encountered a few folks in the support team who seem to be scammers. They take your money but when you want to get it back, they accuse you of doing something wrong and refuse to give it back. Even if you ask for proof, they claim they don't have any.

Well, they claim you can unlock

Well, they claim you can unlock PDFs by signing up, but then they ask for a $5 monthly fee. That's not what they promised. 1 out of 5 stars.

Studypool deserves negative 0 stars

Studypool deserves negative 0 stars – 0!!! It's fake! I've uploaded over 400 math documents on this rubbish website! A friend unlocked some of my documents, but they still didn't pay me a single dollar! Sadly, I wasted my precious time scanning my study materials and making PDFs for this scam website! (Allanmitch ~ $93,852 + Parmajohn ~ $91,927 + Chexmex ~ $79,809 = Big Fake) The earnings of three users they show on their first page are nothing but 10000% fake! Not real! Don't be fooled by them! And they never refund your money if you cancel their purchased subscription!! Studypool is absolutely 1000000% fake!
