Quick buy, clear fees

Transak widget was easy to use. Picked USDC, entered my wallet, passed 3DS, and coins arrived fast. Fee breakdown was clear. The only learning curve was choosing the right network, but their instructions helped.

Reliable for quick tops

Felt reassured by instant confirmations and accurate amounts. No surprises with fees. Smooth enough that I used it twice this week.

Handy ramp with checks

I used card and bank transfer. Card was quick, bank took longer. KYC triggered once and support confirmed the hold politely. Communication is factual, sometimes slow in ticket handoffs. Still, coverage and clarity on quotes stand out.

Three clicks to crypto

The moment the status flipped to completed, my wallet pinged. That tiny green check gave me a silly rush of joy.

Clear KYC guidance

Support explained why my order paused and outlined the exact docs. Courteous, concise, and the transaction resumed after review.

You seem to understand what the user needs.

You seem to understand what the user needs. That makes your platform more easy to handle and not so stressful. Trust grows from empathy, and that is what crypto is build on.

Glad to use

Been using the transak services for a while and still haven't encountered any major issues. Minor ones are easily solvable due to decent user support. Thanks!

Biggest delay was getting acount approval.

Biggest delay was getting acount approval. Thats okay since its for security. Payment went smooth. Got confirmation quite fast. Of course, if theres more trafic it might take longer. Very pleased, will come back again. Reckon many bad reviews come from folks not really knowing how wallets and steps work in this modern system.

Transak offramp service is very quick.

Transak offramp service is very quick. I tried making a transaction the old method with 4 failed attempts that took a full day. The offramp service was finished in just a few minutes with a confirmation. This is now my go-to method.

In the sometimes confusing world of crypto transactions

In the sometimes confusing world of crypto transactions, Transak makes things much simpler. Sure, you still need to complete identity verification and such, but after that, the process is very clear and simple. Great!

Fast exchange! Worked fine!

Fast exchange! Worked fine! However, there was no recipient's name for the account. I had the IBAN and everything, but not the name of the account holder. I just wrote "Transak". The exchange still went through, but I was a bit worried the name might be wrong... Also, there was no "Payment Purpose" or "Reference" provided for the transaction. Normally, you would need this to identify the reason for the transfer. Like I said, it worked out in the end, but it did make me feel uncertain whether the money went to the right place.... ;)

Great company to work with, been

Great company to work with, been with xrp since before the pandemic and even through it. My only suggestion would be to have more conversations with a representative to get a better understanding of how the ecosystem works and how to navigate it properly. I have other questions too, but up to now, it's like having a lot of information that helps me feel confident in holding all my xrp! Thank you!

My experience was quick and smooth

My experience was quick and smooth, with money in my bank account in just a few minutes. Easy to arrange and navigate, and a valuable tool for Crypto users moving funds to their bank account. 5 star rating for quality.

Fast and effective.

Fast and effective. Nice experience with this site, they made it simple to buy and sell crypto coins in a very safe way. I am happy I put my trust in Transak, and I would suggest it 100%.

Easy and quick

Transak offers a convenient and efficient service for those looking to buy and sell cryptocurrencies, but users should be aware of potential security risks and stay informed about the company's updates. Summarising, I consider Transak a platform that offers a quick and easy way to sell and buy coins. It's highly recommended.

The card details weren’t accepted

The card details weren’t accepted, so my transaction didn’t go through. This keeps happening repeatedly, and it looks like the issue might be on my side. I won’t rate it five stars just yet, but a middle score for now until I get more familiar with it to see if it functions properly.

The service is decent.

The service is decent. I haven’t used a digital wallet or crypto in the past. I needed step-by-step guidance throughout the whole thing. It wasn’t actaully clear what steps to take next. Being a beginner, though, keep that in mind.

I had an amazing time with Transak

I had an amazing time with Transak, quick service and all transactions completed in just a few moments. I’ve always wanted to trade crypto with my bank card, and Transak made it happen. It felt secure and reliable.

Easy process. First time using Transak.

Easy process. First time using Transak. Onboarding went quickly and wasn’t hard. Future transactions ought to be even quicker.

Simple to use.

Simple to use. Since I had no prior experience, it was crucial for me that the steps were so easy to follow!

The fees are too high

The fees are too high, charging 14 reais, which makes it costlier than Binance. I tried it out, but with these rates, it’s hard for people in emerging nations to use this service.

Support has been GREAT each and every time

Support has been GREAT each and every time..which has been many. As a novice, my questions have been basic but I got expert help and patience..without this kind of support my experience would have been challenging, overwhelming, and useless. Thank you Support Team, you are pros in your field.

It’s very confusing.

It’s very confusing. I provided my details, but till now it’s not verified. Can you please fix this and complete it, as I need to use my account.

My first crypto experience with Transak

My first crypto experience with Transak was smooth and secure. Signing up, buying TON crypto, and receiving it were fast. Clear instructions, low fees, and a good exchange rate made it straightforward. No problems encountered. I'll use Transak again for sure!

I'm new to crypto and this was my 1st time using

I'm new to crypto and this was my 1st time using Transak for my initial crypto buy. It was a really smooth process, fast and secure. Writing this review took more time than the entire process from account setup to purchase completion. The purchase was straightforward. Everything was explained clearly and easy to understand. Quick setup, verification, adding payment, buying crypto, and getting it was quick. Crypto prices were very competitive, with low fees and great rates compared to others. I'd recommend and use again. No problems start to finish with the transaction.
