This site is a real lifesaver!

This site is a real lifesaver! With all the visa applications I gotta deal with for work, fixing up photo quality headaches used to eat up so much of my time and energy. But this service? Total game-changer. Seriously, it's like hours of photo editing just magically disappear. 100% would recommend to anyone in the visa-photo struggle.

I cannot recommend this service

I cannot recommend this service. Despite paying for the service, the photo I received was not accepted by the state department. When I reached out to customer support, they initially claimed it was my fault and suggested sending another photo for correction. However, after that, they stopped responding altogether. I ended up spending money for nothing and feel extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I made a payment for my photo

I made a payment for my photo over an hour ago and still haven't received it via email. The phone number provided instructs to email customer support, which I did, but I have not received any response at all. It feels like a scam, and now I doubt the authenticity of the reviews. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I was struggling to submit

I was struggling to submit my photo for a visa to Pakistan for a while with no luck. Eventually, I decided to pay for Visafoto's assistance. The first attempt was unsuccessful, so I reached out for further help. Ekaterina responded within 15 minutes. I submitted a second photo, but it needed to be clearer. After setting up an improvised tripod for another photo, I sent it to her and received a clean visa photo that was accepted. Hallelujah! Throughout this experience, Ekaterina responded to me in emails four times within an hour to provide the extra support I needed. I truly appreciate their assistance.

Visafoto claimed, without providing

Visafoto claimed, without providing any evidence, that "In the photo, minors under the age of six are not required to keep a natural facial expression for a DV application!" However, this information contradicts the official website (photo examples web page) of the USA, which states, "Photo tip: The child's facial expression must be neutral." in the children section under one of the photo examples. This discrepancy can be confusing for applicants, and it suggests a need for clarity in the guidance provided by Visafoto.

Thank you, Visafoto

Visafoto proved invaluable for my US Green Card Lottery entry. Upon encountering an issue with photo compliance, their customer support responded swiftly, addressing my concerns effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend using this site for its friendly and dependable support, making the application process much smoother. Thank you, Visafoto!

Visafoto's software can generate photos that may or may not meet official requirements

Visafoto's software can generate photos that may or may not meet official requirements, with an estimated 50% success rate. While their customer support is responsive and willing to help correct any photo errors, the corrections are not consistently accurate. In summary, achieving the correct photos using Visafoto appears to rely more on luck than the reliability of the service itself, which can be a bit hit or miss.

This experience proved a waste of both time and money.

Visafoto left me deeply dissatisfied, especially when attempting to use their service for the US green card lottery. The photos generated failed to meet the necessary requirements and, shockingly, appeared manipulated. Changes were made to my hair, ear shape, and even a shadow was added around my neck. When I contacted customer support for either a solution or a refund, their response was far from convincing. They attempted to reassure me that the submitted photo would be acceptable and argued against the necessity of a white or off-white background. I'm hesitant to share the photos due to security concerns, but I'd readily provide proof to substantiate my claims. This experience proved a waste of both time and money.

My experience with this service left me deeply disappointed

My experience with this service left me deeply disappointed. Not only do they employ a pricing model that charges different amounts based on your location, which is inherently unfair, but they also fail to be transparent about it. The price I initially saw on the screen was far from what I eventually had to pay. For instance, I expected to pay 4.50 EUR, but I was charged a whopping 7.00 GBP, which equates to approximately 8.00 EUR! This level of inconsistency and hidden pricing practices are unacceptable and have left me feeling taken advantage of. Shame on you for such unethical conduct.

I would recommend going elsewhere for your passport photo needs.

My experience with this service was marked by false advertising and poor customer service. Their website claimed that I could print my passport photo at Walgreens, but this turned out to be untrue. I had to go to Walgreens separately to get my photo printed, incurring extra costs and wasting my time. When I pointed out this discrepancy, their customer service was combative and refused to take responsibility for the misinformation on their site. While the service itself was quick and fairly straightforward, the inconvenience of not being able to print the photo as advertised made the whole process pointless and more costly. I would recommend going elsewhere for your passport photo needs.

Getting my passport photo sorted with Visafoto was quite the experience! Initially, I thought it would be a breeze, but I ended up smiling in my first photo. Who knew you had to look so serious? My second attempt was too dark, which was a bit frustrating. But then, Paul came to the rescue. He was super helpful and let me upload another photo. Third time's the charm, right?
