I never agreed to any subscription, but they keep charging me even after I emailed support to cancel it. The website can be confusing, so watch what you click. I’m still wating for this to be fixed.

After buying my reading (which is really detailed and full of info) I worried I might get charged again and wanted to cancel. I emailed them and the same day they replied saying my subscription is cancelled and I still have the month I paid for. Can’t ask for better than this. App is simple to use and I found some handy tools inside. Not a scam app like I first thought. Really happy with my experiance

Warning *****Absolutely awful company.

Stay well away from Nebula. They trick you into signing up through social media apps like Facebook. Just like they did with me. I paid a pound or so I thought I did to learn about my past life. Giving my DOB etc, then paying by PayPal. That’s when they get access to your money. You then are subscribed to the company without knowing. It’s only when you check your bank that you see they have taken 39 euros. This is not clear at all and when you try to get it back they won’t give it too you. They lie in their emails and act like they care but they really don’t. There’s a clause so they are safe. Even PayPal can’t / won’t help. It’s ok I am reporting them to trading standards and the board that handles these companies. It’s criminal. I had to give 1 star but if there was an option not to they wouldn’t get that.

I asked just minutes after they charged me, but both Paypal and Nebula took the money and didn't return it, even though I didn’t get any service. They say there’s no cancellation right, which feels like fraud and is probably illegal. Stay away from Nebula! I wasted my money for nothing!

After going through a bad situation where I mistakenly accepted an offer I didn’t mean to (the 'skip' button was placed at the bottom, making the offer confusing), I finally got my refund after several weeks. It took a while, but in the end, I felt good that they understood my request was real and handled the refund.

I was a "member" for under 20 minutes before I figured out how to cancel. I asked for the $34.99 trial fee back, and at first there was a bit of mix-up. The company contacted me and helped solve the problem. I appreciate their patience and how they helped me out.

Later, I'm out trying to get the train and a drink when my card says no. Turns out the folks at Nebula took the last 45 bucks I had. Stay away from this greedy mess, they don’t give a hoot if you end up stuck at the station, waitin on your ex husband to bail you out so you can get home.

They offer a free start, but soon enough, the information begins to cost extra. There's a timer set on the reading, and it runs out right at the end, forcing you to pay more money. Even after I canceled the free trial, they’ve still tried to charge my account for a monthly service I never signed up for. After realizing that paying a small fee for extra time was just a trick to make you pay more, I canceled it.

I signed up in February, but just got my monthly bill and noticed a charge of $45.00 plus extra fees for NOTHING. I’ve never used any of Nebula’s apps. I thought it was strange when I saw on Google that they claimed the fees were $6.00 a month—$60.00 a year. Yet, they charged me $45.00 last night, and I plan to ask for a refund for all the charges that were taken out of my account. I’m thinking of reaching out to the Attorneys General in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York to get my money back. They’re CROOKS, and I think this whole thing is a COMPLETE SCAM. AVOID THIS SITE.

Stay away from this website, they rip you off. I only agreed to pay $5, but they charged my card twice more for $29.99 and $45.00. You can't cancel through their site, and they have your debit card details. BE CAREFUL, they are scammers.

Honestly, it was awful. The first consultation seemed robotic, super unclear (and way off the mark too), but then asked for more time to "figure things out." The next one was slow to reply, used up credits, and still gave no useful information about the issues or questions I had. 3 weeks of a paid subscription = $30 for absolutely no value. Do yourself a favor and find someone in person who can actually sense your energy in real-time.
