The company prolonged the process for over 30 days, misinforming me about a $190 storage fee. Upon clarification, they attributed it to auction storage, which proved incorrect. Despite my efforts to communicate, I received an email stating the charges were for accrued days after the initial 30-day period. The intentional delays and a sudden $50 late payment demand during off hours and holidays reflect questionable business practices, potentially violating US customer protection laws.

I trusted them with my hard-earned 7,000 USD for a car, but it's been over a year and I still haven't received it. This company should be shut down for good.
